Hi, yesterday I used these tips to make Dosa and it was so crispy. Thanks a ton... All the measurements are so accurate. I thought sugar will change the taste of dosa but it was good. There was no sweetness of sugar in Dosa. Once again thank you so much for sharing a perfect recipe for paper Dosa.
