My ancestors also crossed the Atlantic to fight in two world wars, they made the ultimate sacrifice as did many others. The UK and US are brothers in arms, ask any US or British soldier, aside from some friendly rivalry they will tell you they have fought and died together. Europe is a more complex relationship than the UK, but it is a worthy one worth maintaining.

USA is the only country ever used nuclear bombs and it did against civillians....
