i really appreciate the video. its a very good video. but for every 100 gram you get 33g of protein. considering 1 scoop that is 30g you get only 9.9g of protein. this means the other constituents of the powder has to be either carbs or fats. then there is also the subject of bioavailability. since this is a plant based product it will have less absorption. i think it belongs to a mass gainer category rather than protein powder.... nonetheless i will definitely try this recipe. thanks for sharing

Good job. But all proteins are not same.Amino acid profile, disgestability, bioavailability are very important. Eg: if you eat whey protein 100% of protein is absorbed. For chicken it is about 60-70%. Most of protein from veg source is not complete i.e it does not have all amino acids and they are not completely absorbed by body. Also amount of carbohydrate - protein ratio is also important to maintain calorie intake. But your effort is a appreciable. Might be useful for people who cannot afford high quality whey.

soya chunks, when taken in correct quantities, can be beneficial for men too. Phytoestrogens which are naturally present in plants, have a similar function to the human hormone estrogen. So, some theories say that consuming large amounts of it may cause a hormonal imbalance in men

Yes it is true. Men never consume too much Soybean or soya chunks daily because female hormone can increase in their body. I have used proportionally less soya chunks in this powder. 250g peanuts 250g chana and 125g soya chunks.

Bhai kuch nahi hota ..myth bust series dekhi KZbin par " We r stupid " channel ki ..ya kisi ache trainer ki.....me daily 100 g soya chunks khata hoon for muscle building....6 mahine ho gaye ...koi hormonal imbalance nahi hai....and Phytoestrogen is 200 times weaker than normal estrogen which easily washes away with urine

@Yuvraj Srivastav bro.....read research papers .... please ....and check videos of some good trainers as I mentioned above .....soya chunks doesn't cause hormonal imbalance at all .....even if someone consumes on daily basis (100-150 g )......it's very very rare if it cause some hormonal imbalance...still if u don't believe me....visit Hypertroph channel....search about soya chunks and also read research papers he had given in his comment box ....

with this recipe, a standard protein scoop offers 30 gm volume which mean u get only 8.5gm of protein per scoop which is way too low.. So ideally its cheap for bulking and mass gaining since the fat content is high in peanuts. (banana, milk and dates to be accounted for separately). Therefore, IMO its Not to be categorised as a protein powder..

30g whey protein mein se body sirf 15% absorb karti hai matlab agar 30g ke scoop mein 27g gram protien powder claim karti hai company to usme se body ke paas sirf 4g hi absorb hoga. In natural ingredients the absorb rate zyada hota hai

Honestly, this is the most practical, inexpensive, and effective protein powder in the world... Respect for the lady. Only 3 spoons if soya in 3 to 4 servings won't put a dent who are too serious about estrogen.

While preparing this protein powder you should have considered the "protein to calorie ratio". There are way too many calories in this powder ma'm. Protein powders in market are costly because they contain isolated protein which is absorbed within a hour by the body for post workout recovery.

With all due to respect, when you say protein powder then protein needs to be the dominant nutrient. In chickpea per 100g, 61g is carbohydrates and 19g is protein. In 19g , the protein doesn't cover full spectrum of amino acid. Hence not a great "protein powder"

It is mentioned in the video that the shake can be taken after workout. However, this shake cant be taken after workout. After workout, you need lean and quick digesting protein and also the protein should be complete. In this, only soya is a complete protein and hence, the overall amino profile is not good. Moreover, it is not lean protein and contains carbs and fats. The shake shown also contains milk. Hence, it is definitely not a post workout drink. May be used as a mass gainer, but, the overall diet in the day is to be seen and proper macro balancing is required.

Nahi hogi. Protein quantity se bhi zyada matter karta hai quality. Mai nahi keh Raha ki chane se bana powder accha nahi hai. But compared to this protein, whey and casein is far better in quality. Obviously, those who can't afford them can also rely on chana. Thus protein industry won't be affected at all. Everyone knows the nutrition value of grams. Whey and casein has far better performance. If you can afford them I would definitely suggest you to supliment it if u have a serious fitness goal.

@@mrpetronski5121 supplements have higher concentration of essential amino acids. It's also have much higher concentration of BCAA. Please note that I am not criticising grams. I am infact depended on grams for bodybuilding as I can't afford supplements. Supplements are advised to those who can afford it. One more thing. Supplements will not help you much if you don't maintain a balanced diet. You cant rely fully on supplements for your protein requirement. For example, you can take 1 scoup of casein or whey as per work out and the same quantity as post workout. This would usually provide you with 50g of protein ie. 25g protein from 1 scoup. But you obviously need more than this. A 60 Kg man involved in fitness usually require 120g of protein, ie. (Bodyweight in Kg × 2)expressed in grams. This doesn't mean that you will fulfill rest of the protein from supplements as it would spoil your balanced diet. The rest of the protein should be taken from natural protein sources like milk, chicken, fish, egg, nuts and dryfruits etc. This provides you with a variety of amino acids. Its a myth that protein supplements have steroids in it. Good and trusted companies do not use steroids in their products. Muscle Blaze, Optimum Nutrition, myprotein and Asitis are some good supplement companies. It's best to use casein as your pre workout and whey as your post workout. I hope this comment helps you.

This is a high fat and protein ..not a concentrated protein source. Per 30 gm serving it won't have more than 6-8gm of protein. Also the quality of protein in terms of bioavailability is another issue.
