You asked a dangerous question: 😁"is there another good Sabaton song you want me to react to?" 😅 Well, there are 10 albums, EP's and singles. All of them are amazing. Sabaton sings History, except for their first album. All songs are based on authentic facts throughout the centuries. Sabaton also has Sabaton History Channel where all the songs are explained by historian Indy Neidel. Now, for you to consider: "Christmas Truce" official music video "No Bullets Fly" animated story video "En Livstid I Krig" live from Goteborg "40 : 1" live Woodstock Poland "Bismarck" official music video That's for starters. Joakim's ( the frontman ) look is his signature look. When you see the band, that's how they always look Liked your reaction a lot, waiting for more 🎶🇵🇱

Good selection of songs and videos. My favorite is still when they sing a "En livstid i krig" (a lifetime in war) live in Gothenburg in their native language. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jXPWZHpnhdusnK8&pp=ygURZW4gbGl2c3RpZCBpIGtyaWc%3D don't forget the subtitle Although it concerns a war in the 17th century, it is still a relevant text.

@@SaeedReacts. I cant remember the exact quote, but the lead singer (Joakim), when asked why they don't make up new songs, was something along the lines of "so many amazing/terrible stories are forgotten everyday. Why would we need to make things up?"

great reaction, more Sabaton please. Sabaton is a Swedish band with a loooong list of history based music. Sabaton also has an award winning history channel that gives background to over 120 if their songs (not music award, academic, aimed at education of the public) . Sabaton videos are often have dedications and/or messages at the end as you just saw, perhaps not always but... watching to the very end is frequently well worth it. you asked for more songs, here you go. Animated STORY videos (short Animated history lessons with music videos in them) No bullets fly, enemy showing mercy to injured aircrew in a nearly wrecked aircraft barely still flying, even escorting them to safety. Night witches, Young (17-28) female bomber pilots in ww2 fighting the Nazi despite the discrimination they faced and being given obsolete equipment, aircraft ... Lady of the dark, female fighting alongside men during ww1 and being highly respected and even more decorated. Red baron, the famous fighter pilot of ww1 first soldier, unlikely French hero in ww1. Epic ORIGINAL videos. Bismark, about the sinking of the ship Christmas truce, about the spontaneous truce in some parts of the western front during Christmas 1914 40:1, about polish soldiers, badly outnumbered (just under 750 in all) facing 42 000 germans, they where BADLY outgunned desperately defending against the German invasion 1939 (with odds actually close to 55:1 they held for 3 DAYS when ammunition and supplies ran out. Uprising, the Warsaw Uprising against the nazi germans during 1944. To hell and back, they tell the story of Audie Murphy (highly decorated) and his struggle AFTER the war, so about PTSD and drug addiction that returning soldiers can face. Fields of verdun, the 300+ day long battle fought there. Price of a mile, about the battle of Passchendaele Screaming Eagles, about the battle of the bulge Live performances 40:1 from poland Uprising from poland En livstid I krig live from Göteborg Sweden (in Swedish but there are subtitles) , very heavy again, about thoughts of a young man going to war. Two covers that are good Defence of Moscow, self explained 1916 about the devastating battle of the somme in ww1, casualties topped 1 milion if you count both sides, all for 6 miles of ground, these are just some, there are plenty more.

Thanks so much for your reaction to this. This one really hits home for me personally. My paternal grandfather and my maternal great-grandfather both fought in the First World War. My dad’s father was from a town in Lancashire, England called Accrington. As the video says at the end, young men were encouraged to join the forces with their friends, neighbours, and co-workers. Their units were called “Pals” regiments, and my grandfather was a member of the Accrington Pals, who fought at the Battle of the Somme in 1916. He was wounded and lost a leg and returned home with shell shock (PTSD). When he died of pneumonia ten years later, it was as the direct result of the mustard gas he inhaled during the battle. My father was only two years old, and so never knew his Dad. Lemmy’s lyrics say, “Now nobody remembers our name…” That isn't true. His name was William Lambert. 💔 Also, if you ever get the time there is an amazing “making of” video for this. It’s fascinating. And yes, Tommy has since moved on but he was the Sabaton guitarist in this.

Mike Harding, Mancunian folk singer and comedian, did a tribute song to The Accrington Pals. The memorial to that regiment is at the southern end of the Sheffield Memorial Park, about 1 mile north of Beaumont Hamel. It's actually made out of Accrington bricks. My dad's dad survived. His house fit for a hero was built in Bolton in 1936. From Accrington bricks.

All songs is from real events and they are very true to details of it, as you can see and hear in the music. Besides this, they have their Sabaton history channel on KZbin were they deep dive in the history of their songs. Really great if you want to learn more, as I want to. 🙂 More great and important songs from Sabaton are Red Baron, Father, Night witches and Inmate 4859. @Templarofsteel8822 күн бұрын
A few side notes here. The buss at the start is a nod to the live album no sleep til Hammersmith by Motörhead. The two guys standing in the door opening at 6:26 are Mikkey Dee and Phil Campbell, the drummer and the guitarist of Motörhead. The guy holding Lemmys picture is Eddie Rocha who was the tour manager of Motörhead and the current one for Sabaton. If you want an awesome live song with Sabaton you should react to en livstid i krig (a lifetime of war) live Scandinavium Gothenburg. The album Carolus rex they had released during that time is about a part of Swedish history called the era of great power (stormaktstiden in Swedish) from when Sweden was a much bigger nation with ambitions of expanding. The album was released with both an Swedish and English version the difference being that the Swedish one tells the story from our/a Swedish soldiers view and the English is more from an outsiders view of the war. It is the Swedish version they played at that show so be sure the subtitles are on,I was at that show and all I can say is that you will not regret it.

Nice reaction! It was funny when you said you are a regular dude who should not have access to the internet or a camera:) Glad you reacted to Sabaton, and looking for more reactions from you. The posters have provided a list of great Sabaton songs to react to. There are a few other videos that maybe you can't react to, but would also help you get to know the band and their talents. Check out Hellfest 2019. There are two fan videos: Sabaton - Hellfest 2019 (full show) by Taranis includes good filming of the band and the stage backdrops, especially during Winged Hussars. The other fan video is also great. The band faced some challenges. First, they had already played at the festival, and were looking forward to being in the audience to watch Manowar. But Manowar musicians had a dust-up with the festival management, and refused to play. Sabaton went on stage instead, fully expecting that the Manowar fans might be upset. However, Sabaton won them over:) Next, the fine lead singer, Joakim, lost his voice on the 3rd song. So the two lead guitarists took turns singing for the rest of the concert. They also have a chorus dressed in WW1 uniforms. This is a great example of not giving up, and of going on despite difficulties. The second video you might want to watch is Sabaton - Ghost Division + Stormtroopers [Live in Portland 9/17/22]. This was one of the first concerts after the Covid restrictions were lifted, so everyone was thrilled to be back in a packed concert hall to hear Sabaton. The Roseland Theatre is small, but shows that no matter if the venue is small, the band members still deliver a 100% great show!

just gonna drop my shpiel for first time Sabaton reactions here: Sabaton is a Swedish band that writes and sings about Actual historic events, battles, moments of heroism and wars, but hey don't glorify war whatsoever. They released their 10th studio album last year. Nice thing about them is that their video's never blocked so it's KZbin safe. (except for some Wacken video's that gets blocked by Wacken) If you really want to go down the Sabaton rabbit-hole, I would recommend these: (These are all from the Sabaton Channel, and they never block videos so it's safe to use) [live at Woodstock 2012]: Ghost Division, 40:1 and Uprising [Great Tour Live Videos]: En Livstied I Krig (make sure to turn subtitles on), Red Baron, Swedish Pagans, Primo Victoria, Fields of Verdun, Devil Dogs & Angels Calling [Lyric videos]: Attack of the dead men, The Final Solution, In Flanders Fields, 82nd All the way, Sparta, Shiroyama, Cliffs Of Gallipolli and The lost betallion [Music Video's]: Bismarck, Christmas Truce, Steel Commanders, Defence of Moscow, Livgardet (make sure to turn subtitles on), Fields of Verdun, Rourke's Drift, Screaming Eagles, Uprising, The Future Of Warfare (Building Blocks Video) & Seven Pillars of wisdom [Animated History Video's]: Night Witches and No Bullets Fly (not animated music video's, the animated history/story video's) [Covers]: Kingdom Come [Offical video] and I'm sure people told you but in case, Sabaton have another channel (Sabaton History Channel) where they do a deep dive into the history behind the songs with Indy Nidell.

You'll also find that Sabaton referenced a lot of their prior work in this. The families with children from 40:1 and Uprising, when the nazi's invaded Poland and trapped the citizen of their capital. The woman who stands alone in the alley and the planes going above her are the russian Nightwitches (also song title). The roman soldiers from The Last Stand. The middle plane at the end could have been Ye Old Pub from No Bullet's Fly, where a german pilot saved an english one and escorted him back to safety in world war 2. The other two maybe linking to the Red Baron And probably many more.

Easy to answer your question "when will we learn". The answer is never. Greed, lust for power, violence, selfishness etc. are big part of human nature for many. People with that kind of qualities are often in leading positions especially in countries where people have been under a dictatorship for hundreds of years or over a thousand years. They don't know how to live unless they are being told how to live. This has been said by many who live in such countries. If there are enough people in a small area, there is bound to be violence, theft etc. There has not been a global peace even for one day in over 2000 years. There are several wars going on every day around the world. Some are smaller and some are bigger and only few are mentioned in media.
