This is awesome! I have felt so good doing this. I took Phil.1 years ago and this is my reconnection back to that. I was wondering if you would be willing to do another one just like this but open ended. I am finding it hard to continue on to my sacred space because of the way it ends. Great job though😃

When you switch to focus your breathe on all the tension, you need to take the deep breathe thru the diaphram(lower lungs) A lot of stress & resperatory ailments are from breathing thru the chest(upper lungs) The secret to proper meditation is to breathe thru the diaphram. Breathe from the Chi. 3rd Chakra

Thank you for making this. I have read the book and found the meditation useful. The book goes pretty far with it's claims that this technique can be used to have visions. He claims his students have had a whole range of experiences from finding lost things to talking with friends across the country telepathically. Have any of you had successes of this nature using the sacred silence? I would love to hear it.

I heard the sound of one hand clapping...from lotus observing and being with the breath, the back ached and gravity pulled down...what to do? using force to keep straight would consecrate a thought through action i realized i must not take...so...my body bent till my head touched the grass...pain...discomfort...anxiety...but i stayed with the breath. after some time the back loosened up and a light bliss pervaded. then my head floated up like a balloon my body rose up on its own like a cobra. It happened again. now the body was effortlessly straight and a euphoric awakening all over the skin... a tingling where grass blades touched under my thigh grew more and more till an itching took me completely. with no fight i accepted the sensation and it peaked like a bubble bursting and was gone. in its place was a rooted serenity and euphoria. The itching came back but transitioned into a burning...with horror i realized red ants were biting me. the horror was like the fear of death...all consuming but...then the breath. without opening eyes or moving i stepped out of the meditation to ask a question..."why am i so scared? a voice answered that was my own yet mid sentence transitioned into an Indian accent (from india) "Im scared that i wont be able to continue because im meditating in an ant pile!" laughter flowed through me like a big rig exhaust popping the rain cap up and down. pressure release pressure release. now the bliss was stronger and a slow current flowed around me, my bottom sunk into the earth like a tree. again the breath..a tingling on the forehead then a string pulling from that spot...a tingling on my cheek just below the eye now a crawling over to the cheek bone crest and a string pulling from there. i realized it was a spider repelling down my face. the voice came again and said in Indian accent "the most miraculous things happen when you don't do anything about them!" I would add particularly... judging...as that puts an end to the unspoken un defined wonder and flow. Now higher euphoria deeper seatedness stronger current flowing around me. Several more tests occurred and one i failed and lost myself in a day dream untill on realizing that...i began to berate myself ...then the breath...and the voice again..."when you have found that you have stepped off the path, simply acknowledge that...and step back on." i would add anything else is a waste of time/energy. Skipping ahead to the miraculous ...A sound of a splash from the lake consumed my senses while words crossed in front of my closed eyes read...Fish jumps in Lake makes Splash...a ripple flowed through me from bottom to top...then words again read...jumps in lake makes splash...now a more powerful ripple waves through me synchronized to the sound still somehow going on...words one last time...Jumps makes Splash!...a slow wave like in a big car dealership flag starts in my bottom like it came from the earth and as it rises in me it gets smaller and faster till on reaching the top of my head its vibrating so fast like jet engine...then shoots out the top of my crown. It was like a energy geyser. I couldnt believe it! I had heard the sound of one hand clapping. When the observer and the observed become one...a vibration flows through..it's .the "sound"..... ha ha ha so...breathe passionately !

can you put this in a downloadable audio?

In the book, you need a guide. But the guide should have been on a cd. Many of us have nobody to guide us. There has to be an easier way. To many procedure steps, to much to remember. To much to do. Am I doing it right? Don't know....back to the book to track down and re-read one sentence, go over it yet one more time. It needs to be on a cd.

Why the meditation was never put on a cd to go along with the book was almost criminal. It's way to complicated from the book. I still don't get it. It should be easy, not something you need to re- read many times, going back to yet another chapter, sentence, meaning etc.
