Harvard medical college doctors might know the truth. But they're not foolish to disrespect people. Just place sadhguru to some proper scientist who will break his arguments and ask for proof. Potte.... If I borrow some money from you and don't give it back. Say you went to a judge for justice and judge asks you : any proof he took money? Yes. Any proof he didn't give it back? @@shans2221 I have posted links of Sadguru's speeches in many prestigious Universities. Lot more are available in the net. Please watch it with an open mind and also do a research on his work for the people in India and abroad. Then discuss this matter. This Vishwanathan guy wants to get fame and recognition. He can sell his views to some Communist and atheist malayalees, nothing wrong in that as far as he is getting some audience, but how can you think all the highly educated people, intellectuals, highly placed psychology professors who are attending Sadguru's teaching and satisfied with answers for their questions all over the world are fools?.

Sadhguru has never claimed that he is a godman.. and he is always available for public debates. If you are confident enough you can invite him and crackdown his arguments. Then only others can understand who is right and who is wrong. That's what I feel.

@@emil2000 Soul and spirits are no more a myth. You can refer the book " Many masters many lives" written by Dr. Brian Weiss who wrote down his personal life experiences while treating a patient. Till date nobody has objected the content in the book which is one among the best sellers in US. When there is such an open platform to discuss why somebody should be reluctant. Even Adi shankara has proved many of the then beliefs are false through debates.

B M Hegde was my Principal when I did post graduation in early 1990 @ KMC after my MBBS from Trivandrum Medical college. I know him as an orator from that time , his views where entirely different at that time and was more logical and for modern medicine . One day I remember him coming late to one of our college functions(which usually doesn't happen) and jokingly gave a fantastic lecture on advantages of coming late and we students were really impressed . he is a wonderful orator and can captivate the audience but that doesn't mean that what he talks are always right. Years later I came to know that he had cerebral hemorrhage from uncontrolled hypertension.

Rajendra singh is an Indian environmentalist from Rajasthan. Also known as "Waterman of India". he won the Magsaysay Award in 2001 and Stockholm water prize in 2015. He runs an NGO called 'Tarun Bharat Sangh' (TBS) founded in 1975. He criticised Lisha foundation's rally for river campaign. Saying " I have rejuvenated nine rivers in my lifetime. I haven't seen any of them rejuvenate with a missed call. Rajendra's scathing comments came after a few months after he appeared in a video for the foundation, seemingly lending his support to the campaign. Now however Rajendra reveals what he was told Sadhguru and his team when he met them, and how it apparently fell on deaf ears. Nothing will happen with missed calls and slogans to revive rivers, I told him (Sadhguru) strictly. But baba is baba. Baba will revive river with missed call, "he added with sarcasm," I can tell you today, I am never a supporter of rally of rivers. Hiting back at rally of rivers further, rajendra then argued, "I can say this how after 3 months this 'Rally of rivers ',' is not for rivers. It is for the land, for money, for power, for fame and for name, what can they get out of this rally, that's what this is about. Rajendra talked about the nexus between Gurus and politicians and how it was dangerous. "When politicians want to get votes by showcasing the issues of river, they push the babas in front. And when the baba feels threatened of being sent to jail for taking over 45 acres of tribals land - then he chases the politicians, asking them for protection, " he alleged. "When gurus are afraid of going to prison and politicians are greedy for votes, such a nexus is harm, and it is dangerous. Don't let this nexus to be formed in the name of virus. It will prove to be dangerous for the country."

The reason why science cannot find answers on certain things is because there is no enough evidence to confirm, it's beauty of science not limitation. Even if you are trying to prove something based on evidence, that need to be logical. Logically it's more probable that god doesn't exist. Still I cannot confirm that. Putting god or any spiritual entity to the things we don't know is a sign of ignorance. It's called the god if gaps.

India is a free country and anyone can have their opinion and can voice their opinions but that doesn't mean stupidity should be encouraged , Giving opportunities to people like Sadhguru in scientific conference and meets just promote the notion that their unscientific claims are endorsed by the scientific community . it is high time that these practises are discouraged totally .
