I love how he says that you dont need these things if you have attained that inner-peace, which is something thats really important, as its not as if you MUST physically do this, and then later says its okay to have external help, its important to understand that physically these shapes/objects are mental reflections and doing it either way doesnt really matter, its more of the act/will towards the goal itself. Sadhguru never dissapoints, and tbh I find that I have a really hard time accepting foreign advice, my american baked brain wants to say something like "im in america, not india, this wont work" but in actuality, people outside america are far more intune with the world they live in.

This is wild! Ive been drawing pentagrams, triangles upside down triangles, circles, infinity shapes, and all sorts of geometric shapes lately, one picture i drew of an octopus(my shapeshifting animal) with defending itself with spikes, but when you flip the picture it looks like a weed leaf in a pot, geometry! This is power! Because i pretty much drew a picture of my spiritual life and from that have clearer vision😂

In the Bible it is known as the star of Metatron one of the highest Angels. Both the Hindu & Jewish tradition acknowledge that it is composed of two triangles. It is like a Yin Yang.
