I love how he says that you dont need these things if you have attained that inner-peace, which is something thats really important, as its not as if you MUST physically do this, and then later says its okay to have external help, its important to understand that physically these shapes/objects are mental reflections and doing it either way doesnt really matter, its more of the act/will towards the goal itself. In the Bible it is known as the star of Metatron one of the highest Angels. Both the Hindu & Jewish tradition acknowledge that it is composed of two triangles. It is like a Yin Yang.
