The drag curls to concentrate on the peak. I only do barbell curls, preacher curls and concentration curls but will add the drag. Also maybe changing from EZ bar preacher curls to single arm so I can spot myself and go to failure more.

Careful on preacher curls. When you get close to failure and have to spot yourself I would just call it good. I tore my bicep tendon by going to complete failure and self spotted with my other arm to get the weight up then let it down slow.

Some of these comments crack me up. "Roids roids roids!". These comments are made by lazy inconsistent gym goers or non gym goers if at all. They've never known how a perfect diet can impact you without any drugs. Sadik is big - he's nowhere near Ronnie Coleman or Phil Heath big. He's not 280lb+ with single digit body fat %. So many clueless people online. 🤣

@Dejan Stojsin He's not taking much at all. He's also not HUGE like Ronnie Coleman or Phil Heath. You can attain his body naturally but you're talking 2+ years minimum with an extremely consistent diet.
@wombat52522 жыл бұрын
@Dejan Stojsin Uh no? I've looked like him. Well almost. I was about 1-2% off from his body fat %. It's called CONSISTENT dieting and consistent working out. Took me about 4 years because of no enhancements but I was about 232lb at 5'9" roughly 9.5% body fat. You're not looking like him because you're faulting with your diet or your workouts. You THINK you're doing it correctly when you're not. When you count your calories and macros every single day 7 days a week for MONTHS then you will see results. I did lots of volume to. I'm talking anywhere from 10-20 working sets for a single body part. Not too heavy but enough to struggle.

Arms can be tricky, A lot of athletes we work with train them as an accessory on push/pull and then on their own later in the week.

@@rittickganguly8159 Gotta make sure you're eating. Also volume - I've learned that high volume for me has put on mass everywhere. Just for biceps I'll do at least 3 different exercises. I go for at least 9-12 working sets. Don't need to go crazy heavy.
@rittickganguly81592 жыл бұрын
@@wombat5252 do biceps on 2 pull days. 3 exercises. 9 sets per day. 18 days in week.
