Don't bother with what others expect; it's your property, build at your own pace. There's no rush. Take your time and enjoy the journey. There's no rush to build a house because you have the trailer. I would finish the solar and then start on a greenhouse. Make sure it's big enough for everything you want to eat. The rain and animals will just kill your garden if you don't have a greenhouse. I would make the walls out of concrete blocks and then have full windows in between each set of blocks and have those corrugated clear plastic roofs. That way the weather can't destroy it so easily.

Firstly, Epic wedding production and filming. It really captured the true “Beauty and the Beast” story that drew me to your amazing channel. By that, I mean that from the very first episode I watched, early in your journey, it was clear that genuine Love existed. That is what draws us in. I hope this doesn’t sound sexist, but, but (from an old soul) never underestimate a man’s power of problem solving and support of the woman he loves. Sometimes, like myself, that quality, is the best that I have to offer. One thing you should consider being you seem to be doing a pay as you go project is to build a design that gives you something to live in more quickly and can add purposely designed additions. Core space Kitchen 1 Bath 1 Bedroom flex space build Living room later, more bedrooms later.

You could invite a volunteer to come stay while you’re away. Who wouldn’t want to vacation in Puerto Rico ? Maybe just pay their airfare which isn’t much. It’s not like they have to do much aside from watching and feeding animals. A lot of people do this. My sister and her husband used to do this for a gentleman in Culebra. He’s the president of NY hospital association and lives part time in his mountain villa on Culebra, Puerto Rico. They stayed in the villa but also took care of and exercised his horses it was amazing. They now own a hostel in Tennessee on the AT and their employees work for free room and board. Hawaiian roasted pig is the best bruh. Professional’s lol love your channel. Cried through the wedding video so beautiful.

For temporary removable hydroelectric power you could build a floating paddle wheel that you can easily put in the water and take out whenever you want. Run a line across the river a little higher than what the river gets to when it floods. Tie the floating paddle wheel to the middle of it and the paddle wheel will rise and fall with the water level. Run your electric line up to the line that crosses the river and back to the bank. You can make your pontoons out of whatever you want.
