Don't bother with what others expect; it's your property, build at your own pace. There's no rush. Take your time and enjoy the journey. Firstly, Epic wedding production and filming. It really captured the true “Beauty and the Beast” story that drew me to your amazing channel. By that, I mean that from the very first episode I watched, early in your journey, it was clear that genuine Love existed. That is what draws us in. I hope this doesn’t sound sexist, but, but (from an old soul) never underestimate a man’s power of problem solving and support of the woman he loves. Sometimes, like myself, that quality, is the best that I have to offer. I am not the brightest, nor the most handsome, but through hard work and persistence, I still managed to attract the love of my life of which I deemed beyond reach. Kristen is an amazing woman. The hours she spends editing could not remove her quirky personality, mixed with the elegance and beauty that may have been the initial draw to the channel for many. Matt offers the perfect complement to that magic. What a great couple the two of you have grown to be. The future blesses those worthy souls and clearly you guys have been blessed. There's no rush to build a house because you have the trailer. I would finish the solar and then start on a greenhouse. Make sure it's big enough for everything you want to eat. The rain and animals will just kill your garden if you don't have a greenhouse. I would make the walls out of concrete blocks and then have full windows in between each set of blocks and have those corrugated clear plastic roofs. That way the weather can't destroy it so easily.

I'm a builder developer. One thing you should consider being you seem to be doing a pay as you go project is to build a design that gives you something to live in more quickly and can add purposely designed additions. Core space Kitchen 1 Bath 1 Bedroom flex space build Living room later, more bedrooms later.

Clean the Great Wall Of Puerto Rico, let it dry for 24-48 hours and then apply a clear liquid sealer for concrete. That should eliminate your mold/mildew problem. ✌️

I don't think you owe anyone any explanations on your build time frame, personally i think you're doing time in the exact right order, getting your support systems in place for being able to live on the property as comfortably as possible. I think a garage/shop should be your next build. A shop would be a huge asset while building a home, plus it's more practice for building your own skills that would directly impact the house build.
