Sainz works really very hard, it’s true but lacks inherent talent. He is desperately sloooooow!!! You can see frustration on his face every time Leclerc is faster which is always the case😅. Toto doesn’t want him for Mercedes understandably.

And his huge ego means he always just HAS to attack his team mate and let the teams competition dash of build a nice gap in free air while he destroys at minimum both his and his team mates tyres and usually sends some carbon flying off somewhere.... Always thinks he has the right to attack his team mater from behind to the detriment of both cars and the whole team, bemoans the other driver to dare to be annoyed at the ridiculous behaviour... However when even given orders for his team mate to pass moans and delays them in dirty air and kicks up a fuss about it afterwards. He's a less intense/aggressive more snide and finessed (let's say covert) occon. Using words and not being quite so aggressive to mask what he does every single ruddy time!
