Absolutely relevant video hai bhai, Iused to do the same thing in my initial days and also when i recover from any injury and start goin to gym again, in the initial phase you don't need to have a an eye on you calories surplus and bla bla... Just do little little changes in your lifestyle and day by day improve it by Avoiding fast foods and instead of wasting money on those junks inves them in to buy paneer, sprouts, bnana,other fruits, soya chunks, oats,Play with those kind of ingredients and you can try new new dishes which are healthy as well as tasty 🤤. I used to make paneer roti pizza 😅for the taste as well as for good carbs and protein.

Nice video. But it's more important to keep your inside healthy than outside. Adding oil, butter, ghee, milk, and paneer can gain weight but it will make your heart unhealthy which you will not notice instantly but yeah in the future you are gonna fall into trouble. So eat healthy that can make your outer body good and doesn't impact your heart and inside health.

In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have. Some of us have lighting fast metabolism, khaana khaate hi burn ho jaata hai. Chinta karne ki baat Nhi hai, video mein batayi diet follow karo and start including resistance training. Dheere dheere appetite badhao extra mehnat karke jisse bhookh lagegi zyada. 3-4 months mein easily diet kaafi increase ho jaayegi.

I’m 5’11 at 75 kgs (shredded a bit of weight since this video was recorded). Body fat 10.8% Although I would suggest you embark on your own journey rather than setting someone else’s physique as a goal, would be a lot more optimal and enjoyable😉

The reason why you gained weight so fast is due to your small height. 2000 calories are enough for dudes like you to put extra mass on the body whereas 2000 calories are recommend to maintain the current weight for dudes above 5'8
