Peanut is a nut having a higher carbohydrate level. It is not necessary to soak peanuts but soaking can make them easier to blend if you’re using them in recipes.

Thank you Sir, I think... we cant mix peanut in fruit salad . Can it digest together ? , but we can mix almond because it is a dried fruit......One more doubt, can mix citrus fruit with other fruit to make salaad ?

Yes, you can definitely mix nuts into your salad! To enhance their digestibility, consider grinding the nuts and seeds into a powder. Additionally, fruit salads with citrus fruits can be tasty; just keep in mind that citrus fruits can be high in fructose.
