Dr. Manjunath Sukumaran is a Functional Health Coach, the Chief facilitator and the Founder of Harmony Wellness Concepts. After a successful career in veterinary clinical service for 12 years he rerouted his career to human nutrition and health coaching. A graduate of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York, he has trained thousands of people in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness. He is certified by The Institute of Functional Medicine, Cleveland in 'Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice' and also a member of International Association of Health Coaches. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Public Health from Kerala University of Health Sciences

Very good presentation. My Grand daughter aged 4 years is just 13 kilos. She is otherwise very active and healthy. Please suggest a natural way of gaining weight for these type children.

Count your calorie intake and you can eat anything healthy unhealthy loose weight and stay fit and get rid of hunger cravings low carb eat complex carb high protein the cravings will go and restrict on 1000 calorie meals a day
