If you plan to live in Europe long term (like 10 years), dont make mistake of sending your money off to India. Invest in US markets from Germany. India rupee will depreciate and also if you decide to settle in europe, it will be pain to bring back money from India. Also you will end up losing due to rupee depreciation and transaction fee and taxes in India.

Mid level engineers in my team are making upward of 18 LPA and senior engineers are making 28-32 LPA. They work remote and some are able to save roughly 80-90% of their salaries which is equivalent to 1.5 L per month or ~1600 euros.

In Germany, they will be covered by social security for life insurance, health insurance (no co-pay), pension, PR and citizenship in Europe in long run..... Just comparing economic factor is not right

Don't compare with different currency. Use one currency for both. Either use inr or euro. This is the most useless video ever untill i convert euro into inr or inr into euro to understand the salaries
