Yeah, absolutely. Nice deep, aggressive lugs and not a lot of midsole to make it unstable.

Definitely the case with this one. But it's not a shoe that 'helps' like a Carbon Plate. You're doing the work with it 100% yourself haha. Thanks for watching as always buddy.
