Tubed down on a full moon, then met up with a second group and repeated it during the day. Started tubing in the late 70’s. So different now. So commercial during tubing season. Probably better that the buses weren’t running nice and quiet.

Nice video, well done and accurate. Other than the wind cave mix up. 😊 wind cave is a hike in Usery Park which is across the street from the big Phoenix arrow on the mountain. I live about 10 minutes from there. There is a lot of dispersed camping out east off us60 and 79 past Gold Canyon. Just be aware if you are in State Trust land or BLM.

Not only heavy rainfall, but snowfall too. That's on top of the superstitions. We all have to be really careful. And no superstitions, the rattlesnakes like to hide so so be careful.Cause I'll be in the shade where you can't see them.

REÍ? When I was in my 20s we used to go to Yellow Front get our tubes And rope. Didn’t have to pay for anything. No marshmallows (stupid). Two vehicles and we all went down all afternoon. Now so many people 😫☹️

Amazing!! Thanks for sharing. We are so grateful we found your channel. We are trying to catch up on some of your older ones. We came across when you guys were in Princeton, New Hope and the Poconos. Haven’t watched them yet. You were up in our neck of the woods. We live in South Jersey about 10 miles from Philly. We hope you guys enjoyed your time up here!!!

@@ProjectRVLivingLost Jersey gets a bad rap sometimes for good reason. There are some beautiful areas like you said. We have the Pine Barrens which is I think 1,000,000 acres and is preserved. It’s great place to get out in nature. The Northwestern part of the state is beautiful. It’s also a couple of hours to the Poconos N.Y. and DC. 50 miles to the ocean from where we live. It also has the highest taxes in the country Lol!
