I've seen all five of the Jurassic Park franchise on the silver screen, so I'm qualified to say NONE of the sequels even come close to the magic of the original. It was, and still is quite frankly, groundbreaking cinema. And the score...surely one of the greatest scores put to screen. I've enjoyed all 5 movies, but only one of them is a masterpiece.

The score my god is so damn good! As iconic as the Star Wars or 2001. I also agree the special effects hold up to this day. People forget that the original was made in 1993. I employee people to google what all was going on in 93. I’m not sure any other film has been so many leaps and bounds ahead of it’s time as this one.

That was just interviewing perfection. Sam Neil was gentlemanly and funny and game for the "guess the aussie slang", and Ozzy is, as awlays, just phenomenal at making actors feel comfortable and relaxed and just having fun at an interview and not being bored through another slog of a press junket. Bravo, Ozzy Man, bravo! Edit: Gosh, as someone who has acquired maybe 30% of the T-shirts he wears daily from the Ozzy Man shop, getting my comment liked is the best feeling, so thank you Ozzy Man, what a legend! This is probably been my favourite interview you've done. Your face was sheer Joy at being able to interview Sam Neill. You could see it in your eyes how much you were nerding out. I have never found myself smiling or laughing at an interview you have done more than this one. And his in-depth answers of all the slang. Put a very mature philosophical spin on them. Sam is a bloody legend. I remember first seeing him in a low budget Aussie movie called “Death in Brunswick”. Which btw is absolutely awesome. Then being utterly blown away by seeing him star a few years later in a Spielberg mega-hit with dinosaurs! Amazing. This "goon bag" isn't limited to Australia. Here in Wisconsin we just call it "box wine," or sometimes "space bags."

I was thinking the same thing over here in western Canada. I was also an ankle biter back in the 80s... My american grandpa used that term often!

@@mattreviews4948 until the last couple of years, all box wine here was cheap wine (as far as I know, i'm not really a wine drinker) I think there's now a trend of box wine from medium-quality wines but it's pretty recent.

Recommend ‘The Book of the Story of the Film of my Life’. If it’s in print mind. It basically has a through joke where everyone in London is a kiwi who’s been living there for ever and chameleoned into the scenery.

Fantastic interview, and man what a thoughtful and insightful person Sam Neil is. I guess it makes sense when I think about the films that he's chosen to make and the nuanced performances he's been able to deliver, but you really love to see it.
