I was intrigued enough by the "what is the maximum number of grandmothers you can hypothetically have" question that I drew out a family tree. If there's a lot of divorce, remarriage, and bisexuality going on, you can have 12 grandmas. Or just use polygamy as an excuse and you can have as many fake grandparents as you want!

I mean… you could probably have more than that if your grandparents can move on fast enough

Also, many children of divorce consider their biological mother (or grandmother) and their step mother (or grandmother) to both be mothers (or grandmothers). So that's another way we can achieve theoretically infinite grandmothers (though technically it would not be infinite, just an uncountable theoretical number): each of two pairings of lesbian grandmothers has one indecisive bride who marries and divorces heaps of women. Though I guess in reality you probably wouldn't consider ALL of them your grandmothers. Yeah, it's a pretty interesting question

The lable "best friend" lost its value when everyone started using it to label ALL of their friends. Best friend used to mean your number one, do everything with, first person you think of when you want to talk to a friend.

Imo it’s so overrated to even label someone as your best friend

If you exclude polygamy, the most grandma’s you can have is 32. That would be if your parents both were married to other people, and those people all had lesbian parents who were all divorced and remarried to other women and you marry someone who also has divorced and remarried parents with lesbian parents who were all divorced and remarried to other women.

Ryan talking about Found Families genuinely made me start crying. I could relate so much to the person who wants to go no-contact with their family members, and I was already rooting for them, but Ryan talking about choosing your "family" absolutely made my day. Thank you so much for acknowledging that we need to normalize needing to get out of toxic and unhealthy relationships. I've loved your guys' channel ever since the algorithm brought it to me through a five-second Heathers song challenge video, and I've never regretted subscribing since. Your videos never fail to put a smile on my face when I'm feeling upset or overwhelmed. I love hearing your voices and laughs and jokes and just everything about these videos. Sam, Ryan, you guys are absolutely amazing. Please keep doing these. Sending unending and undying love from an aspiring actress/writer/director who loves musical theatre!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I have/had multiple grandmas because my dad’s parents remarried before I was born, my step-dad’s dad remarried, and my mom’s mom. That’s five grandmas but with varying levels of closeness.

About what you said about the niche and covid, I'm a teenager who is fully vaccinated and I wear my mask pretty much everywhere (mainly out of social anxiety now). My parents got covid and I tested negative over and over again, but suddenly none of my friends would give me rides anywhere. My parents obviously couldn't drive me. And clubs just started, so I am now unable to join pretty much every club I wanted to go to because I wouldn't have a ride home after. Including D&D club, which all my friends were in. They refused to give me a ride, and then said I could no longer join the club at all because I missed the prep meetings. My friends suck. Keep in mind that I got negative over and over again

so i just wrote it all down and the person COULDVE had 15 grandmas. so if their parents were married and parent 1 had 2 lesbian mothers who got divorced and remarried women, boom 4 grandmas down. the dads parents also divorced, grandpa married another woman and grandma realized she likes women too, now theres 7. parents 1 and 2 get divorced, you have 2 new stepparents. parent 1 married someone who also had lesbian moms, 9 grandmas. but they also got divorced and married other women. (11 grandmas total now) going back to parent 2, they marry someone so now you have a step grandma and grandpa. (12 grandmas total) but they were divorced, step grandpa marries another women and step grandma thinks “women, but not just one, TWO” so with step grandmas poly marriage theres 15 grandmas
@ihaveanamexd44662 жыл бұрын
It is possible to have a max of 24 grandmas if I did the math right. You have 2 parents, who each have 2 parents. Those grandparents are lesbians so they're your grandmas. This leads to 4 grandmas. Your parents get divorced and remarry, which means you have 4 more grandparents. They're all lesbians or bisexual , so there's 4 more grandmas. Now, some people call their great-grandparents their grandparents. So your 8 grandmas each have 2 parents, which means 16 grandparents. If they're all also coincidentally lesbians, there's another 16 grandmas. No, they're not legit, but you could realistically have 24 grandmas.

I'm going to talk about my grandma situation, My mothers side first; I have my grandma, but my moms parents divorced, so I have a step grandma. And now my mom married my step dad. My step dad still has his grandparents alive, so my step great grandma, and my step grandma, but his parents also divorced, so there's a step step grandma there too. My dads (I only know of my adoptive father and not my biological dad, but I don't talk to my adoptive father anymore) side, I have a grandma. In total, 6, 5 if you don't want to count the great step one. I have more a lot of grandfathers too, only because my moms mother married twice. I could’ve used one of ‘my grandma died’ excuse once, but that was in the summer. But yes, lesbian grandmas, I wish
