I have been taking seed for over a month now and I love it! I have seen improvements in my gut health, skin, and overall being in tune with my body. TMI disclaimer: this product caused serious side effects for the first week (vomiting and nausea). It led me to become very discouraged and disappointed, but I didn’t give up and my body started to respond well. Hope this helps anyone who is considering :)

You’re actually not suppose to take a pre biotic and pro biotic together. It’s suggested to take apart. 😅 “Seed” sells because it’s aesthetically nice marketing, lol. It’s a sleek looking product.
