Things Even I Can Do: Episode 31 In this video, I discuss how to fix a Samsung dryer that never stopped spinning even after the cycle ended and all of the clothes were dry. There was likely a problem with a part on the circuit board called the solenoid. I read that the solenoid can "stick" in the on position. Tapping on the control board housing sometimes fixed the problem temporarily, but it kept returning. This video shows how to use compressed air to clean out the dust and lint that MIGHT be causing the problem. This video shows a Samsung DV42H5200 with a DC92-00669y circuit board. We also have a circuit board replacement video if compressed air doesn't solve your problem.
