Samsung Top load washing machine no spin because of unbalanced load

Hi Tim, how are you? Thanks for the tip in your video. I have the same exact model, the issue I am having with mine is the clothes are still wet after the spinning cycle. The drain pump works fine as i see the water being pumped out after the spin cycle. mine will go thru a spin cycle 3 times before it stops adding water to the machine everytime. After the last cycle there is no water inside the machine but the clothes or heavily wet. Do you have any suggestion of what could be the problem?
