In the real world youll need to leave the breading on for at least 10 minutes before you fry. Otherwise the crust will separate from the meat as it cools on your plate. 20 mins is best.

Donair (Canadian east-coast specialty) Donair Meat: 2 pounds medium ground beef 3 cloves minced garlic ½ cup all-purpose flour 4 tsp sweet paprika 3 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp salt 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp pepper ¾ tsp cayenne pepper Sweet garlic sauce: 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup white vinegar Additional ingredients: Pita bread (warmed) Finely diced white onion Diced tomato For the meat, mix all spices together and, using your hands, blend with the ground beef and minced garlic. Form into a loaf pan (like you would meatloaf) and cook at 300 degrees for about 2 hours. Cool. Slice thin and heat on the flat-top when ready to eat. To make the sweet garlic sauce, mix all ingredients until thickened. Easiest way is to add everything into a jar, close the lid, and shake until it forms a thick sauce. Wrap the hot, sliced beef in the warm pita. Top with the finely diced white onion, diced tomato and the sweet garlic sauce.

Recipe suggestion I have every breakfast: 3 Fried half corn half flour tortilla, then you first put in your sambal chicken (from your spicy chicken tacos video), then topped with 3 eggs (with chipotle chili powder) spread across the 3 tortillas, then top with Cotija cheese and chopped cilantro. DELICIOUS!!! Love your videos and thank you for expanding my cooking skills and motivating me to cook more. Thanks Sam, Max and Chance!

Schnitzel, mashed potato or chips and baked beans is a regular family favourite and we cut our chicken that thin but I like lemon juice and cream cheese spread on mine. Btw, adding some dried herbs, and very finely grated parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs and pre-salt and pepper for at least 20 mins prior to the crumbling process and shallow frying in mainly butter with a little olive oil added to prevent the butter burning so you have 1-2mm of melted butter and olive oil to fry them In combined makes for seriously Yum schnitzels. It also gives you golden crumb rather than the deep fried brown which bring out bitterness in the crumb.
