I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzbin.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

I had to pick up my dad who was passed out one day. After that I had to carry him to the car and rush him to the emergency room. He said ambulances were too expensive (he is 100% right) He had been sick a while. That day I learned there was a difference between gym strong and real world strong. Nothing will humble you more than picking up un balanced dead weight. I had just been working off pure adrenaline. Only reason I was able to get him up. It changed my philosophy on fitness and whats really important. Had no idea sandbag training existed until recently. Thank you for these tutorials. Trust me fellas. If your lady or child needs you. You'll be thankful

I work at a restaurant, and the FoH's ice-maker went down one day, so the owner bought these half-human-sized bags of ice. Just dumb huge stupid pointy, melting things. Using these cues and tips for actually PICKING THOSE ICE BAGS up, which everyone else literally struggled with to get them into the machine, made me go like "Yeah. I'm a badass. Sup." Thanks brother!

Coming into the tail end of subtropical Queensland summer so the likelihood of floods is now going down, perfect time to get hypertrophy and technique in place before flood season starts again in December. If a flood occurs, Ima be yeeting sandbags so fast the river won't know what hit her.

For me, once I got to the longer bags (250+) I use the technique that your wife did when she first got the 200lb sandbag (I think it was 200) where you stand it up and lean it over like 20/30° and place one hand under and the other on the top lean….it’s way easier for me. Thanks for everything 🤙

Hey man I just bought ur book. And if using for wrestling instead of your suggested ten minutes do you think it would be appropriate to go hard for 2 minutes at a time like the periods for a total of 10 minutes. Probably yes but I just wanted to hear it from someone thanks

Where do you live, dude? I'm here for ya. I generally hug the right arm high, so if you're a lefty, you gotta let a brother know, or we'll meet face to face...not what I'm offering, and an extra charge.
