I started following your advice since last year. I don't meet anyone without any agenda. Even during phone conversations with strangers, I ask them why they have called. If I think somebody doesn't add value to my life, I discard them immediately. I have only two friends (including my wife), and even people in my official circle think twice before dialling my number. My husband is a SBI po , kahi pe bhi transfer hota rehta hai unka 3 yrs ka beta hai mera , gharwale said primate school teacher ki job chodo , and fully prepare Karo govt school ke liye , as I am ctet qualified and mera bhi Mann tha , but baad me unki reality pata chali jab i resigned and jethani ka baccha pakda dete mujhe sath me , padhne ni milta as dono bacche same hai , ladte hai , and fir gali galauch , jethani ko govt job hai so sab support kar rahe use , maine mana kiya ki i don't have time to look after ur kid, as i have my own aim in life and i hv to focus on it , this is the high time . Fir mujhe ye mauka ni milega , kuch months ki baat hai , sab jhadge mujhe bole tujhse support ki umeed ni ki jaa sakti ,selfish hai tu etc etc ,... Husband was in my support as only he want me to opt for govt job of a good salary so that he can leave his job and become fulltime trader in share market . Ye video se pata chala ki selfish mai ni wo log hai , jinko mere precious time chahiye aur maine mana kiya to mujhe selfish bolte

Very very relevant video. I have been saying NO a lot nowadays and feel stronger and powerful. But I still get bullied so I will work harder on this now. I read somewhere "NO is a complete sentence." Many times I don't even bother to give an explanation coz the other person will not listen anyway n will criticise you anyway.
