This is why i love your videos so much. Theyre challenging but you make sure to remind us to allow ourselves grace and encourage us to keep going even when its challenging. i deeply appreciate you also not cutting when you yourself struggle with a pose. A lot of videos the instructor is moving with ease and theres cuts to make it look perfect every time but i deeply appreciate you keeping in when you fall too. Youre the best keep it up!

Today is my 37th Bday. This was the practice I randomly chose without having done it before. I wanted to challenge myself to remind myself that as I get older I'm still strong. The outro was what really hit me. It reminded me of all the times in life that I've fallen and gotten back up. It was a nice reminder that what's important is I have kept getting back up and I will carry that mentality with me for the rest of the year as I work towards letting go of weed and beer. In through this, I hope to serve my higher self. Thank you for all you've done for me over the last 8 years! You are the best guru. ❤

This helped me bring the challenge within outward. I lost my pacing. I nearly fell. I missed some poses. I broke a big sweat. Yet, I kept going. It wasn’t easy, yet at the end it felt so worth it and I felt so thankful to you for challenging me to go further.

@@sarahbethyoga Speaking of the core routine, what's the proper way to do bear twists? I noticed your arms are mostly straight, and you can get your hips to the ground in that position. I can't - I need to bend an arm; e.g., if I'm going down to the left, I can keep my right arm straight, but need to bend my left arm quite a bit, to get my left hip to the ground. Should I be focusing more on keeping my arms straight or more on touching the hips to the ground?

Seemed like it was going to be exactly what I was looking for because it's labeled as "no flow" and vinyasa hurts my shoulders, but I found myself needing to skip a flow sequence early on so needed to stop. We probably have different frames of reference for what "no flow" means 😅 but wanted to offer my feedback!

For some reason -probably bad posture- I felt the bear walks more on my knees than my core (and I chose this practice specifically because I thought it be easy on my lower body. Joke's on me 😆)
