After doing this practice two to three times a week, I can finally get all the way through it with correct form and without needing to rest! Such a difference I've noticed with my strength, mental and emotional health, and flexibility since I started following your videos last month. I've done one every day, and the difference I feel is remarkable. At the beginning, I couldn't touch my toes, I had to really bend my knees for down dog and forward fold...now I can touch my toes, and my legs are pretty close to straight. I feel awesome, and I'm going to keep on with my goal to continue my practice daily! Thank you so much, Sara Beth, for posting such awesome practice videos! They've made such a huge impact.

Just started - I found Sarah Beth just yesterday. I couldn’t be more excited! I’ve done other videos but I find there is a lot of talking throughout the workout. This was wonderful! Just enough guidance without lots of extraneous info. I’m hooked!!

I’ve finally moved on from the 15 min beginner morning yoga routine and made the move to this 15 min one. My hope is move up to 20 mins. I broke a sweat moving through this routine. Very effective! makes me more aware of what I’m holding in my body @sarahbethyoga

Third day in the row. The other two days I made it to over 11:00. Today I found it is easier and I had to stop for a few seconds but made it all the way. Not pretty but I did it!

Sarabeth - Been doing the 21-day challenge, and I love it. It is beating me up but in a good way. I could have been further along, but I am constantly going back to Day 14 because I love how my body feels after this stretch. It was uncomfortable in the beginning, but it gets better, of course, the more I do it. This morning, I did Day 16, and boy do I feel everything from head to toe. Thank you for all that you are doing.

Thanks for this. You are so positive and I enjoy you videos so much, as does my cat who rubs around me during poses I find difficult! The high plank to up dog has sometimes been a bit of an avoid the cat move! You have helped me so much through this pandemic from helping me stay calm and drop a dress size! “Kinda” hard she says lol this was a real kicker, I must say. Great video though, loved, felt some stretching in some places in the hip region so I think I did it right, hard to keep up that balance on the swimmers but overall, amazing little workout

I request a 15-20 min video for moms; one that targets all our lovely mom parts and places 🤗 I usually just do a combination of a few of your videos- but one that’s made for moms with busy lives, (I have 6 kids; 4 under the age of 4) I think would be a hit and so helpful for a lot of us; your fans!

I have chronic pain and am a trainer- I have to do bastardized versions- I don't hold the poses as long. My flexibility is good , thankfully-

@@divyaverma7019 my friend I have had chronic pain from a car accident since age 18.(many decades ago) The issue is the after effect. Flexible and cautious am I- - -regardless, it's a crap shoot as to whether I will be locked up in pain a few hours later. I do what I can and share with my students.
