Been trying to do a different 15 minute yoga session every morning to get more out of the lockdown and this has been by far my favorite flow so far! Nice and powerful moves with calm flexibility throughout, and this was my first time really feeling the flow of movements.

Wow, this was a huge difference from days 1-3. When it first sped up, I thought I am too new at this to be doing this 30 day challenge and went to turn off the video. I literally fell on my side on the cold tile. But, then I remembered another video I watched a few weeks ago where the comments all said they couldn't do any of it the first time, but by the third they had it. So I backed it up and got myself situated and tried again. I was still terrible, but I didn't fall again. Now to go ice my knee and hip.

I’m proud of myself. When I restarted my morning yoga routines with your videos 3 weeks ago I was all over the place. I was able to be strong today and follow this routine. A little wobbly when we sped up but i can see myself improving daily thanks to your videos. 🙏 namaste

I love this one! I can't do it yet, but I sure do love trying. Sarah Beth, doing yoga with you has helped me to really internalize the idea that every day is different; and that while I can focus on the arc of my overall progress and increasing strength - which I am doing, being mindful and present within my practice today and accepting where I am today is also a good thing. The weather is bothering my hips and I have a really bad cold... and fell over so many times doing this today that I lost count. But I sure did have a blast! Thank you!

I love practicing with you! ;) I have a question that's been bugging me for a while: I cannot step straight through to a lunge from Down-dog; I have to put my opposite knee down to brace myself, get out of my own way, and step through to my lunge. Am I doing something wrong? Is it just that my hips aren't strong enough yet? Is there something I could do to help myself here? Thank you.

Hi Cheryl, it can take some time and practice to get that movement down. It's actually quite challenging to step your foot through in one swoop. It takes both core strength and flexibility! So just take what works for you, over time you may be able to step further. What I teach students in class is to step you foot to where it goes then grab your ankle with your hand to pull it up. If that means dropping your back knee down then that's what you've got to do! No worries :)

I do power yoga on my menstrual cycle, because it is less intense than weightlifting and less stressful on the body. However, I was super sore after this workout! It was great!

SarahBethYoga I have done it several times and I think I am getting better. I have found my peace and have been able to continue. I do find that my mind does still wander but I try to set it aside and come back to my focus. I am so glad that I found you and yoga. I have been able to adapt it to my life and find me. In many ways I feel we have gone done the same path you got out I stayed and have made the best out everyday. You have made it better for me and easier to should I say deal .

Hi Aditi, this is the challenge of power vinyasa and vinyasa. you can always move at your own pace :) You'll gain a lot of strength and balance by continuing to practice even when you're feeling challenged

This is the second one from sarahBethYoga I've tried that says for all levels but as a sonewhat beginner, it was tough and moved very fast. If I didn't have experience with many of the positions I'd be worried about doing them safely trying to keep up. I'd say this is more intermediate or higher.

Starts out slow and all of a sudden with no heads up the pace doubles and it's difficult to keep up. Turns into speed yoga. Flowing but no holding.

Your title seems misleading. This isn't a power yoga. It's a peaceful yoga. Do you offer any HIIT yoga blends? If not, you should. You'd be good at those. I love your videos. You get right down to business with no yakking about finding your intention for the day, etc. You get right to it!
