A short yoga sequence, especially designed as yoga for surfers, yoga for paddle board, yoga for kayakers or yoga for paddle sports, to improve mobility and flexibility in the shoulders, chest and back. This free online yoga for paddler’s class is for anyone who wants to improve their shoulder mobility and rotational ability as well as overall flexibility and strength.
Yoga for paddling is a 15-minute yoga routine good for beginners and can be used for anyone who wants to stretch and warm up the whole body, even if you aren't a water sports lover.
This yoga video includes a variety of exercises that can be used by kayakers, watersports lovers, surfers, anyone who practices SUP and anyone who enjoys being in the rivers, oceans and lakes.
