Sir mai gaun me rahta hu ,so yaha par jim nahi hai,mai mugdar ghumata hu,abhi 2 months hua hai,aur 15 dino se mai 5kg ke 600 mugdar ghumata hu,magar fir sari rat shoulder k niche dard raheta hai,kisi se koi guidelines nahi molti,u tube pr bahut videos dekhe,aapki bat sahi lagi isliye aapse bat kr rha hu,ab muje kya karna chahiye? Chhoddu ya chalu rakhu,kal hi mistri ko 8 kgvala mugdar banane ko lakdi bhi diya hai,aap kuchh solution batao sirr,to help ho jaegi

Muje pet me, biceps me pain ho rha h. Abi do hi din hue h. Pushups b nahi kr pa rha pain ki wajah se. Plz help anyone. Edit : Ab pain khatam sirf 4 din hua tha pain.

@@drsaranjeet Actually popliteal artery was ruptured and vein grafting done sucessful know there lack of dorsiflexion movement But knee banding is good operated 7 month ago sir what's the further procedure or treatment could be done

@@kartikkumarsah4799 um it's gone I actually had oily breakfast before going to gym that's why and don't worry it's actually you're body is not habitual with exercise so you'll feel pain in several body parts bt it'll be alright and I would don't consume oily foods before and after 1hr

Alternate days par kariye. Aur 25-30 minutes se Jyada nahi kariye.

There could be many reasons to this. Visit your doctor for clinical evaluation. He might recommend ultrasound for the diagnosis.
