I recommend watching the full segment with Otis, and if you're hooked, watch the BBC documentary of Otis Redding available on KZbin. They talk about this live performance, with Eric Burdon & Chris Farlowe. The British liked the speeded up versions of some of his songs, and Otis apparently said to his band when they were going to preform at the Monterey pop festival in 67, do it like we done it in England (the Mods) and the hippies loved him.
