It was even perfect as an illustration of how small Colin Jost's head is. We're all used to seeing him look small next to the hugeness of Michael Che, but in this sketch we see Jost not only looks small; he *is* small.

@@jag5014 Probably for the same reason they don't use Colin Jost or Michael Che in skits. To try and keep those parts of the show stronger writing-wise. I personally don't find any of the Please Don't Destroy Guys to be that great though and are my least favorite part of the show right now (right after Mikey Day). I definitely prefer Marcello Hernandez, Michael Longfellow, and Molly Kearney (she won me over with the new hire sketch). Devon really hasn't had a breakout moment for me to have an opinion yet.

Considering that Jim Carrey actually auditioned to be on SNL and got scared off by a man threatening suicide by jumping off a ledge at Studio 8H (and that the sketch show Jim was on -- In Living Color -- featured Damon Wayans, who was a cast member on SNL and got fired for improvising), that's more accurate than you think. Also: Marcello Hernandez looks more like a less stoned James Franco to me.
