Your timing is amazing with my goals :) I have been practicing this the past few days and I finally can do it consistently, the biggest issue for me with doing this was being aware of where my lower body is so I don't end up doing a tuck planche on the way up and fail. My next goal for handstands is being able to pike press... It's gonna take a while because I still can't figure how to get my legs off the ground, my flexibility is good, can touch my head under my knees when folding up and stuff.

I'm very close to succeeding doing this yesterday (my first time doing it), but I know why I failed (thanks to you Gabo): 1. I went too low with my elbows (similar doing handstand pushup lol I watched too many elite Cali athletes in KZbin). 2. My legs went straight first before my hands (resulting I failed before I press up despite I've managed to keep my torso and legs straight in the air). I'll be sure to apply your tips on tomorrow's practice. You rock!

Excellent break down. Will try the progressions. Tip to beginners. Do not skip or rush shoulder strengthening workouts. I am at a point where I can kick up handstand against a wall and press a couple of times. Your entire body weight will be on them(For ex: If you weigh 150lbs, imagine pressing 75lbs dumbbell seated military press)
