Hi Gabo I now have a decent L-Sit and Handstand and want to work on a transition. But, with that would you start? Crow to HS, Press/Float to HS or L-Sit to HS? Thanks for your videos and inspiration

It's hard to believe you have both shoulders injured. The cleanliness shown in the different progressions is to be thanked for and a testament to your proficiency and shoulder strength and balance!!!. Great job, Gabo!!!.

It would be amazing if you kept doing "follow alongs" after these toturials! Personally, I really enjoy doing them and I am having an awesome time hitting that replay button on the press to handstand video. It gives me motivation knowing that I and doing the right workout!

Big thanks, I did all time the first mistake. I bent to much my arms, I didn't understand how to do because I had not the strength to push up. I will try to push up with my arms nearly straight soon!

I would love to see a full body flexibility follow along video from you Gabo. I started training mobility like 4 years ago and I have improved a lot, now I'm even doing gymnastics, but some muscles are really hard to improve. I reached a plateau in hamstrings and shoulders really soon, I haven't improved almost nothing in 1 year :( and yeah I can do a full pike stretch but I feel the muscles very tight.

I was trying it when my head was too low, and it felt like impossible to balance and press that Thanks to your video , I started not to bent my arms too much and got improved

Great tutorial! I am bending my arms too much in that transition. I am trying not to bend them, but I always drop down and it's really hard to push up. Would you recommend doing more pike push ups?

Great info thanks man! It’s also a lot core strength for this move I think. How you work on the transition from L sit to hand stand on the floor with straight legs...? It seems like my arms are just too short!😂
