Having a strong core is crucial for a solid handstand. This is not a workout to get you a six-pack (although it can help with that), but instead this routine is designed to increase your stability and strength in all dimensional planes of your core so you can feel more comfortable when balancing in your hands. Give it a try and let me know how it goes :)
PS: Up the time to 45 sec each exercise or put on some ankle weights if are up for an extra challenge ;)

Had so much fun doing this one! Hope you enjoy the burn as well :p Here is the written routine plus some modifications: 1. V-Ups (30 sec) [Easier Version: bend your knees] 2. Hollow body tucks (30 sec) [Easier Version: hands forward] 3. Hollow body hold (30 sec) [Easier Version: hands forward] 4. Side hollow body hold (L) (30 sec) [Easier Version: Hand on the floor] 5. Side hollow body hold (L) (30 sec) [Easier Version: Hand on the floor] 6. Superman lifts (30 sec) [Easier Version: legs in straddle] 7. Superman hold (30 sec) [Easier Version: legs in straddle] 8. Handstand hold (30 sec) [Easier Version: against the wall] REPEAT 3-4x REST 1-2 min in between sets Ps: For those wondering this is actually a routine that you can do everyday (or most days) but as always start slow and build your way up to it! I had saved this one on my watch later playlist and finally did it. It's definitely not as easy as Gabo makes it look. Don't get caught up in a rut, get out of your comfort zone. I'm sure this will be very helpful for my handstand work. I'll make it part of my routine. Thank you Gabo 🙏🙏🙏

Hi! These follow alongs are the best! 15-30 min continuous workouts are about the only thing I have time for every day but when I am consistent they really work! Keep them coming please! 😁 I’ve done most of yours already, so I’m circling back to the beginning. It really helps to follow along with you because I hate working out alone and the little reminders to keep my form work wonders! Thank you!

Thanks for this. I've already been doing a lesser version of this to progress my handstands (managed an independent 5 second balance the other day). This is much better than what I've been doing, though I know 30 seconds for each will be seriously challenging! Happy International Handstand day on 23rd. June!
