dear sir, you're all videos are very good and informative. thank you for everything you are helping home buyers. kindly make video on Vaanya woodsville Phase 4 of pharande spaces in moshi. in recent time this area appreciated very high due to COE collage, Pimpri civil court, Safari park, offcourse PIECC work also going on here. how this Vaanya project is beneficial in terms of cost, quality and future development point of view. I'm 100 % sure definitely you will make very good case study on this. in this area very few reputed builder available like kumar, rama , pharande spaces, kesar, utopia etc n they doing their monopoly as well. ofcourse delivering good quality projects also. kindly make very good video on Vaanya woodsville Phase 4 n beside areas.

Mahalunge is under PMC limits and no water, No garbage collection, no roads, no infrastructure and extremely high property tax. R Zone plots are good in case of clear search Title. Check PMRDA plan and build home. PMRDA is underdog and will not be providing any services but you need to pay taxes. Extortion and corruption in PMC or PMRDA offices is at its peak so be ready to fight legally against system afer buying R zone plots.

Our flats are almost completed and builder is asking to leave one set of keys with them for door frame polishing, gallary door painting and other small works which will be carried out later with proper planning. Our project is RERA approved and possession date is already ended on December 2021. We are not comfortable to leave keys behind post handover of flats as I think we will be then completely responsible for any damages during the work carried out by the builder. Please suggest

Sir I have purchased a 3BHK flat at ANP Atlantis Balewadi.i want to change floor tiles as I want to use a higher quality tiles for my appartment,so I approached the developer for the same.The developer said that they will give us a bare shell unit in which they wont install floor tiles,kitchen platform,doors except main door and paint work.I again conveyed to them that I need to change the floor tiles only but they did not agree to that giving reason that if they go on fulfilling every flat owners demand then they wont be able to give the possession in time.So is there any solution for this?As I didn't like the floor tiles at all as they look very common.

Hello Sir... If the registered flat agreement is lost or damaged can we get another copy or duplicate copy from registration office? Are there any issues that would be faced if the original agreement file is lost. Secondly, if during the home loan application process, loan executive has collected the agreement and original reciepts from us and lost them before submitting in the bank , what are my options and how do we further apply for home loan
