Sauerkraut casserole

Casseroles are easier to make than we might think. They are filling and delicious. One of our favorite is the one with sauerkraut or sour cabbage. I give you my best recipe now. Enjoy :)
What you need:
1kg of sauerkraut
rice
0,5kg of port meat
oil
1 onion
1 pepper
1 tomato or tomato sauce
heavy cream
sweet red powdered pepper
salt
black pepper
vegetable condiment
