Amazing how someone can watch this almost for free and start a business with, instead of going to pay huge amount of money to some culinary school. That still requires you to buy the ingredients to learn with. (No offence to those catering schools). Thanks so much Chef Lola to you and many other amazing chefs here on KZbin. I'm becoming a better cook myself.

I tried this recipe today the sausage bun turned out well. I just needed to add a bit more flour because the dough is a bit wet. Thanks for this great recipe

Hye Chef Lola! I am from Malaysia. Last night i follow your recipe every details. And actually this is my first time i make a sausage bun in my life. In early 24's, making first time delicious bread very make me feel exciting to cook and bake more after this! Surprisingly, the bread is so fluffy and delicious of course! @@SerenaYip No its not if you buy the one for bread it has nutrients and all and it will make it tastes somehow trust me I'm speaking form experience butter for baking has just salt or sometimes tablets that's why there is salted butter and unsalted you rather use those

This bread is really delicious, everybody loves it I used ,my kitchen aid to knead it maybe around 7 minutes till it become elastic and I cut the hot dog in two pieces, perfect for small kids ,and you can freeze it,bake it and freeze what ever left over .Thank you so much for making time to post it .

Making now. I have not seen using salt water and flour to keep bread from sticking to baking sheet. I just wonder if it makes dough too salty tasting.I'm thinking of using parchment paper. Anxious to see how it turns out. :)

Hi Lola, your recipe for Hotdogs Rolls is a god send. My grandson is allergic to dairy, can never eat shop bought. I made these hotdog rolls using soya milk and butter. They turn out great. I been using your recipe for all my meat buns, bread and rolls. Were a happy family. Thank you.

Hi,how do you get the dough to look smooth when mixing it with your hands in the bowl? When I got to that point my dough just ends up being very sticky and hard to manage with my hands..I usually use my stand mixer but I really want to try it with my hands..please help..thank you 🙏

When are people going to learn that your clips are available to everyone world wide. So as far as a measurement is concerned, when you say cups, is that like a cup of tea cup, Egg Cup ??. I would imagine that the majority use metric measurements. So although this looks very nice, the whole recipe is not of any use to those not using CUPS

Growing up we called the “Hogs in a Blanket” and if you cut the hotdog in half or quarters they were called “Pigs in a Blanket.” If you are in a hurry crescent roll dough in a refrigerated tube is a shortcut for the dough

Please how do i get my milk warm, i just tried. I heated my milk for a while, yet my yeast couldn't prove so i couldn't make it. Help me out. Please
