I just loved y’all. I felt like I was in my Mima and Papaw’s kitchen getting a cookin’ lesson or reminded of memories of watching and learning from my Daddy cooking breakfast on Saturday mornings. My grandparents and my Daddy are now gone and how I wish I could have committed every moment with them to memory. Specially in their kitchens. Now, I try to pass on those same special times to my daughters. Your video was great and you and your wife are too. Much love from South east Texas 😘

Thanks! Now I'm in trouble! I cooked this recipe and my wife says I can do all the cooking from now on! It is delicious and easy to make! It reminds me of my parents taking us to their parents and relatives in Tennessee and Mississippi. Good old country cooking! I especially liked the idea of mixing the dry ingredients to the sausage before adding the milk. It's much better than trying to add them to the milk and ending up with a lot of lumps. I'll make this again for the next church potluck!

Made this with the Pillsbury Biscuits in the blue bag. I like them a lot better than canned biscuits because they'll crumble up better. It's easy to make and tastes really good.. My family loved it.. I'll be making this again. I fried some potatoes w/onions and had 2 eggs over easy. I put a big scoop of the taters in a bowel, then my 2 fried eggs with a couple of scoops of this casserole on top of it all and made the best breakfast bowl I ever had..

@@SouthernCountryLiving Delicious! Made it a few weeks ago, although both my son and I agreed that we didn't really need biscuits on the top and bottom, as that's just a little too much bread. So I only put the biscuits on the top of the casserole. But it was amazingly wonderful and I even took some of it to work the next day for lunch. Thanks again for the great idea! I WILL be making this again.
