I made this for Easter brunch at church. I prepared the night before in my removable slow cooker casserole dish, baked in the morning before church and kept it warm in the slow cooker. It was delicious and it was gone in 10 minutes!

I have made a very similar breakfast casserole for 40 years. My kids grew up on it and now that I am a widower and live with my youngest and his 4 children, my grandkids are enjoying it. Prep it the night before, in the oven in the morning, by the time they are up and ready for school, it is on the table. Mine was more basic. Yours kicks it up a notch.

I took to my church potluck and to my surprise there was a couple other ones also. I liked it ok but the star was your sausage gravy!! Next time I will serve big ole bowl of hot gravy and have already cooked bisquits sitting on the side. My house smelled good all day. I made your sausage gravy, grated cheese, and cooked bacon the night before an assembled the next morning and cooked. I will for sure keep the gravy recipe. Delicious! Thanks Rachel!

I made your A+ pork tamales for Christmas and my family loved them! My son helped with the spreading and that was fun spending time in the kitchen together.
