If, like you and me, others have a good local butcher, this can be made even easier. GOOD butchers sausage, (whatever flavour they do, take skins off). Pre rolled bought puff pastry and an egg. Great sausage rolls for less. Then you can experiment with basic good pork sausages and sausage rolls take on a new level👍

Sausage Rolls, one of the worlds greatest foods! My local supermarket used to sell a really good one, but they stopped selling them and instead went with a brand that is horrible! Since then, I make my own with minced pork and different seasonings each time.

French Country Cooking is edible though. I'm Irish but hate corned beef. I grew up in an Italian Neighborhood with Italian, German, Greek, Portuguese and Chinese Friends and Relatives so I know what GOOD Food is and is not.
