Thanks for taking us window shopping, as it were :D Your man has some serious passion for AE86es. I've said it before but it bears repeating, if I ever find myself owning 86 I'm taking it to Ireland whenever it needs work done. You've got all the parts and all the people with the knowhow!

Love that little nook thats exactly where you find the best bits, reminds me of 60s mustangs here in America they were so disposable to my fathers generation in the 70s/80s and now the parts everyone is chasing and amount of structure to be dissected and reconstructed seems insane but great news on having more replacement panels, even more can be saved. So tidy

You need a microphone, its a tad hard to hear the peoples talking but your voice is loud as F. My only complaint about anything on juicebox. Thank god for subtitles.

the best for this cars would be, tae find the cleanest 86 strip it down, drill out all the welds and panel bond then take the sheet metal to a company like AMD, that does all the panels for american cars, and remanufracture all the sheet metal for the 86. I mean yer able tae buy a Complete 68-70 dodge charger in sheet metal or other brand cars or models, thats mental. Can ye imagine what gold mine that would be? And how many of them could be save.

I was buying parts off a well known Toyota breaker in co Laois who said he had owned more than 100 ae86. He then pulled out photos and started showing them to me. That was 20 years ago as well

Once the aftermarket catches up, more of these will be kept alive and prices overall will come down and more people will get to enjoy them. Rather than the hoarders moth balling them.
