Chocolate Chip Muffin Easy Recipe

How to make the yummy Chocolate Chip Muffin?
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup sugar (200g)
½ cup melted butter (125ml)
¼ cup vegetable oil (55ml)
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 cup milk, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla (10ml)
2 and ½ cup all purpose flour. (310g)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 and a half cup of of semi sweet chocolate chips
Brown sugar to sprinkle on top

Love it! What I love in your video is I do not need to go out to buy cake flour but can use my all purpose flour. Awesome. I enjoyed the scooping of the dough into the baking pan. Just so relaxing to watch.

Ive been looking for a good chocolate chip recipie and I was judging based off of color and the ingredients and I love it so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I loved this easy peasy recipe! And the muffins turned out amazing!! So so yummy! One thing though - I have an OTG and it took me about 20 minutes at 210°C to bake these. Also, some of my muffins didn't rise up straight but kinda skewed on top... like they fluffed up well.. but fluffed up sideways... 🙃

This is not the only one but the only best recipe that I’d love to recommend to anyone who doesn’t know how to bake. I am so happy that it was a big success in the first try. What I love about this recipe is you don’t need special tools or beat the eggs until your arm is sore. Sprinkling the brown sugar on the top added extra flavour to the muffins. I also added chopped up walnuts on the top! Yummmmm……Thank you!
