Easy Cinnamon Rolls With Fluffy Lemon Condensed Milk Frosting

How to make an easy Cinnamon Rolls with Fluffy Lemon Condensed Milk Frosting.
Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (250ml) (room temp)
1 egg
2¼ tsp instant yeast
¼ cup sugar (50g)
3 ¼ cups all purpose flour (406g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
¼ cup softened butter (50g)
CINNAMON SPREAD:
1/2 cup softened butter (120g)
1/3 cup brown sugar (65g)
3 tablespoons cinnamon powder (45g)
FLUFFY LEMON CONDENSED MILK FROSTING:
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (chilled overnight)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

I really like the fact all your dough recipes I've seen and tried (so far) are kneaded by hand. All have turned out great. I've never owned a stand mixer capable of kneading dough (and never really missed it) - so it's nice to see how it can be done without one. I know many people prefer using a mixer, for various reasons - but I find there is something satisfying about kneading dough by hand. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the recipe my sister who is very picky on food, rather it was cooking, baking or grilling she had a unique way of choosing what she eats and like. I tested out your recipe today for the first fime and it was a success. My sister stated "this is the cinnomon roll texture and flavor she has been searching for" she explain she ate a similar rolls in the past 20 plus years ago in the island, but since the couple who use to bake and sells their pastries have relocate, they took the best pastries with them as well and she stated she could never seem to find anyone who can bake the same texture and same flavor even if she requested the result, she stated it was a dissappointment to her. I tried this recipe. It tasted nothing but cinnamon. I recommend to reduce down the cinnamon ground to probably 1.5 tbsp and maybe add a bit more sugar. The bread texture turned out nice though it’s soft. Thank you for sharing this recipe of yours.

I made it, it's easy and the result is yummy. Next time though I will use warm milk instead of room temp (it took more than one hour for my daugh to double in size), and I will wait untill the buns are completely cooled down before adding the frosting.
