Dr. Gordon wasnt really an apprentice in the same sense as the others tho...he was more like someone that resembles Jigsaws purpose, someone who truelly learned of Jigsaws games, he was more a helper that helped with certain medical and logistical tasks and acted on Jigsaws behalf only when something happened to Jill.

There's a lot of Jigsaw survivors missing in this scene: - Alison and Diana Gordon from Saw (wife and daughter of Dr. Gordon, they weren't put in a trap but they had been kidnapped so I guess they survived something) - Jeff Ridenhour from Saw (the drilling chair trap) - Daniel Matthews from Saw II (he wasn't really ''tested'' by Jigsaw since he was locked in a safe with enough oxygen, but he was kidnapped and placed into the nerve gas house) - Corbett Reinhart from Saw III (Jeff's daughter and was held captive in Jigsaw's lair but was eventually saved by Hoffman) - Brit from Saw V (it is mistaken that she bled to death. Actually an agent found her after completing the final test and called the paramedics.) - Pamela Jenkins from Saw VI (again, she wasn't really ''tested'' by Jigsaw but she was trapped in a cage and ended up watching her brother, William, being melted to death by a lethal injection of hydrofluoric acid) - Brent Abbott from Saw VI (some say he was arrested for pulling the switch that killed William, but it turns out his actor couldn't return for Saw 3D due to scheduling conflicts. Also, Brent made a post on the promotional blog for the support group) - Shelby from Saw VI (she was saved with Emily in the shotgun carousel)

The blind one eyed lady at 2:34 is Hoffman's neighbour, she stepped out the elevator in SAW V, and asked Mark: "Do you mind?" The blonde girl at 3:08 and the cowboy at 2:29 are unknown victims. P.S. Hoffman was definitely behind Bobby's trap. We can see him going through the photos of the victims in the hangar before Bobby is abducted. Hoffman did 2 games in Saw 3D, the Horsepower trap and Bobby's tests. He used the horsepower trap to get revenge on Jill Tuck. I'm not sure why he tested Bobby at all, unless he just wanted to get one more sick game in before he went on the run

I remember Hofman in one of the messages to the police, that he said he was gonna end the game in exchange for Jill. Part of the police force was sent to stop Bobby's game which they unfortunetly were killed in a security trap made for them.

This scene would've been a lot better if they got Daniel and Jeff/Jills daughter in this. Daniel could've had a scene where he recounts his game inside Jigsaws house and how he tried to protect Amanda, who he regrets doing since she was an accomplice to Jigsaw. He could also recount about his father who was murdered by Jigsaw and having regret never forgiving him, as well as saying that he loved him. Lastly Jeff and Jills daughter could recount her experience, explaining her experiences with Amanda and Hoffman, as well as explaining how she lost both of her parents to Jigsaw, but also how her father was the one to bring down the original Jigsaw. Also another cool thing that would've been awesome to see is Dr. Gordon having a chance to speak about the failed promise he made to Adam, explaining to the crowd that he passed out from losing to much blood, and that he woke up in the hospital with his family at his side, being told that they found him near the hospital with his leg patched up, not knowing who patched up his leg and saved him from death.

The only way you could get him to appear in this scene is by building a Time Machine, traveling back in time to when Saw 3D was still in production, and somehow find a way to fix the schedule conflicts that kept him from appearing. I also highly doubt that he’ll appear in Saw X because that movie will take place between the events of Saw 1 and Saw 2. There’d be no reason for Daniel to appear in the movie because he wouldn’t even be involved with Jigsaw until after the events of Saw X.

I love this deleted scene! It made the signs in the hallways (when Bobby was going through the traps) make so much sense! For example, on one door in the building he was in, it said, "Ignore your Detractors". And that was one of the lines in his "S.U.R.V.I.V.E" speech and policy.

Something I noticed is that most of the known victims here are from Saw 5 and 6 which were after John died and Hoffman took over and conveniently when the traps got more fucked up. I'm nit necessarily trying to defend Johns philosophy. Sure it makes sense, but it's not without its flaws. But I think Hoffman tainted Johns philosophy and made it more about sadism than actually trying to help people. Yes, John picked most the people and probably designed some of the traps that we see at this point. But let's not forget that Hoffman is just as skilled not just with traps but also with audio. We've seen this with the pendulum in saw 5. If Hoffman can do it once he can do it again. It was probably his voice and his design that Simone was in. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the new victims that we saw in this movie were people Hoffman chose instead of John because that lawn mower trap seemed way to risky. Again, not saying that Johns merhods are perfect, but there is definitely a difference between his work and Hoffman.

I keep hearing there was a scene from bobby degan where he was supposed to spell out what the letters for survive ment to the survivor group but it was supposed to be the traps they were in. Plus i heard some where there was a different ending to saw 5 where jill tuck takes the box she got from her ex husband john kramer and walks down this dark hallway right up to a door goes through the door and switches the light on and jill walks to a cupboard and puts the box down then we see victims photos all over the walls of johns next victims plus bags with puzzle pieces just like the saw 2 flesh and blood video game did. Plus during the saw 7 survivor group wheres brit she survived saw 5's traps along with mallick whos at the group yet britts not yeah thats not suspicious at all

It was Hoffman. We saw him going through the photos in the hangar before Bobby was abducted. Also we can clearly see Hoffman abducting Bobby since the pig mask kidnapper is wearing a blue parka. This was an outfit only Hoffman wore because it was what he wore when he killed Seth Baxter.
