I was normally having regular periods but this time due to so much Stress and imbalance in diet I got my periods late so I have done these yoga postures just for 10 minutes at evening time and I have got my periods the next day morning itself!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I do for 45-50 seconds but till the time I can hold in that pose and then do it again...I try to hold for 7-8 seconds but with practice you can maximize till 10-13 seconds

Girls..These are beautiful methods to make your periods regular.... My period was late and I was a bit lot worried, I was stressed too.... It was then I searched all through the net... And one of the best remedy was this... I had my periods late for 20 days.. Then i did these asanas for about 1 week.... I expected a very fast change as per the comments... But after 1 week... I was hopeless i didn't do that evening.... But that day night i was astonished i got my periods back... So what i would suggest is that... Dont give up if u didnt get the result very fast... Wait for it.. Continue doing... Pray to god... Be relaxed... Be happy... This is completely normal.... And i have taken a decision to continue doing this... Throughout because its suuuper good.... Love and light to all✨✨✨

Day 1 update -Yoga asanas are amazing. While doing them now, I have realized how stiff my body has become. Some of them are slightly difficult to do or to achieve the perfect form. Will try to do them daily and hopefully soon will be able to do the asanas in proper form 😊 I also have pcod, so excited for the magic that these asanas bring in my life . Will update how did it go.

These yoga poses are purely magical. I usually have regular periods but this month it got delayed by 50 days. I was completely stressed out. I tried all home remedy but nothing worked out. I tried this yoga as my last resort. The first day I did these poses I got spotting I kept continuing it I got my periods. I was so worried about going to doctor and getting a hormone treatment. Hey there!!! This is so healing and it really works. I was 23 days late for my periods. I was very worried, I didn't want to use medicine to induce periods. I tried out almost every thing. I did yoga, spot jogging, medidation and heard this audio daily before sleeping for about 7 days. Saw this video today and practiced these yoga poses for about 30 minutes. I have irregular periods 🙃 I didn't get my periods since 4 months. Yes it's working. I practice 7-8 poses for 30 sec. From day 1 and I got my period in day 5. I never had any period problem but in lockdown it becomes irregular. I was so afraid about it. But then the yoga comes to rescue ❤❤😊 will continue it

I normally don't do yoga. I suffer from PCOS for 11yrs and my periods are very irregular, maximum 6times per year and that is with medication. I did these poses for 2weeks and some days and period came naturally after 3 months of no period.... so I'd definitely encourage anyone to do it... other than it, it is very relaxing aswell.

These really do work. Tried this regularly after my periods were delayed. I read the comment section if it works and found that many people benefitted from it. The major problem with today's youth is that they lack patience. Yoga works on the root cause of the ailments and hence it is a slow process. I read people getting their periods back in 4-5 days after doing this. But always remember good things take time. It took 8-9 days for me to get my periods. Do not lose hope. Just keep doing it as it will help in longer run. Don't stop doing this after you get your periods instead add this to your routine as these asanas has various other benefits. Also try to have a fixed sleep schedule as it helps all the organs to function properly. Keep glowing!

I did these 10 Asanas for around 30s 2 times each aasana. Since I’m a beginner , I wasn’t able to do the aasanas exactly the way they did.However I did it for 3 days in empty stomach , on the 3rd day I had a bit of cramps and the next day my cramps very more painful. And on the 5th day I got my period. These aasans are really effective do try them no harm ❤️😊

Thanks for this video.These asanas actually helped! I have had irregular periods sometimes,but this time it had really worried me,as i had not had periods for 2 consecutive months. I came across this video,did these asanas for 5-6 days along with some reflexology and finally got my periods back! 🙂....thank u thank u.I will continue doing these,might make my menses absolutely regular. Oh and btw: people who have done these for some days and still have not got their periods,plz continue...u see ur cycle will not magically change.These yogas will help regulate hormones and make ur uterus contract better etc, but u have to give some amount of time to ur body to get the ovulation done,uterine lining built and sloughed off(a complete cycle)...that will take a few days longer for some people.Don't get discouraged,these asanas really help.

Keep patience girls pls do not take stress it will delay ur periods further. Just be positive do some yoga. I tried all teas with different ingredients it didn't help immediately but when I stopped being tensed and left it on the universe I got my periods almost after a month ❤❤ So in life there is solution for everything it'd just we need to find a way with calmness

It's really worked in my case, my period was 6 to 7 days late , I do this yoaga for 3 days for 30 mins, on 4day I was like k it's not working but exactly on 4th day I got my period allhamduallah

Guys it's 10000% recommended. I was 8 days late for my periods and I was panicking alot until I find this. I did it twice and had kadha. The butterfly asana helped me alot. If you are not good in yoga, try stretching and do butterfly asana as much as you can along with spot jogging.

Now I'm back at this video after trying for 3 weeks. I would 200% recommend this.Yeah it is working!I never had regular periods and by this time my period was delayed for 2 1/2 months,I tried out all ways and finally go to know about these yoga excercises .Am a beginner to yoga yet I did these exercises only once(3 sets for about 30 secs each)and got my periods after 12hours..Don't lose hope guys,you will also get yours,just follow these!

Thank you for sharing this video. It really works. I thought I would get my periods after 2 or 3 days like many people who have commented. But i didn't. I got my periods on my 7th day. I just want to say people who are stressed about not getting periods even after doing all these asana, please don't ! Just do them everyday and one day you'll and if it gets delayed more , just reach out to a doctor :)

I'm starting this thing today. I will do this video two times in a row. My period is late just two weeks but I wanna to try something to make my periods regular. I will give you some updates. ❤️❤️❤️ Update: I started on wednesday and today (Friday) I got my periooood. It's a miracle. ❤️ I highly recommend this and it's easy even for someone who never tried yoga before. (Like me.) So good luck. ❤️

Saw this on my recommended and decided to try it. I still have a week left before its due so I didn't think anything would happen.. Three hours later I've got horrendous cramps and heavy bleeding - Definitely not gonna do this again unless my period is actually late . At least it works though for all the people who need it
