@Ibn Dawood Do you know there were swords drawn out between Omar and Ali a.s. Do you know Abu Bakr burnt down Fatimah's a.s home and took her land that her father gave her? And that she did want Omar and Abu Bakr at her funeral? Do you know that Omar admitted that that the way Abu Bakr came into Khalifa was wrong ? Ali a.s was not in favor of Abu Bakr and Omar.

At the end of the day, if Ammar wants to have tatooes, do I care. NO. His justification is that the person ( Mujtahid ) who he follows has said it's ok. Now, whether it's right or wrong it's between Ammar, the Mujtahid and Allah. Not for me to decide. Now you can argue all you like, but the fact of the matter is, I will not look at him and then decide to go and have tattoos. My personal choice. Just like it is his personal choice.

In shiaism we have marjaism which means that because our 12th imam is in ghaib, we need a human figure in the present world to help us deal with the problems of the present time so our 12th imam has appointed certain people called the marjas, so we follow whatever they ask and allow us to do. I can elaborate more if required and by the way on the judgment day your body will be recreated so it goes away temporarily and you will be asked how you used your body parts and what you did WITH them and what you did TO them. With all due respect to the speaker, There's a clear difference between what is considered "halaal" and what is considered "appropriate" and in line with Islamic etiquettes, especially when it is related the pulpit of the Ahlul-Bayt (peace be upon them) According to his line of reasoning, as long as something is halaal then there should be no problem with doing it, regardless if it is compatible with the Adaab of the puplit or not. So if smoking is halaal, there should be no problem for public speakers to light up a cigarette or an argileh in the middle of their lecture/majlis. Likewise there should be no problem for him wearing short shorts on the pulpit as long as the 'awrataan are covered, or speaking in explicit details regarding matters of sexual intercourse between the wife and husband, or covering his face with tattoos, or getting a wacky hair cut etc. The list goes on and on. Not to mention, sometimes that which is halal as a primary ruling, at times becomes haram as a secondary ruling, such as if the action is deemed as "hatk". Finally, a God fearing scholar is one who seeks to avoid performing repugnant acts that are not in line with the customs of the people ('urf), let alone the customs of our great scholars who paved this path for us. So considering that tattoos are definitely not something encouraged in the Sharia nor by the 'Urf, it makes absolutely no sense for a public speaker to disregard what is "al-ehtiyaat" in the eyes of the Shari'a and dismiss what is "socially unacceptable" in the eyes of the 'Urf.

@ahmedc6837 3 жыл бұрын
@@baqunajafi the discussion is not whether it is haram or not, the question is whether it is appropriate and from the etiquettes of the pulpit to be tatted up. Even in the professional work environment it is highly frowned upon to be entering the workplace with tattoos. Look for example some of the etiquettes of entering a courthouse, they will tell you to cover your tattoos if you have any. Once again, if something is deemed halaal, it doesn't make it appropriate according to the customs (urf) of the people.

@@ahmedc6837 Using Western standards to explain what is “proper” is very counterproductive. In Western society, it is “proper” to drink alcohol at corporate events and discourage women from any hijab whatsoever. If you want to criticize the Sayed for purely superficial reasons, you need to do a lot better than “this is what Western people like”.
@ahmedc6837

@@corpsefoot758 where in the world did I use western standards to deem what is "proper", and where did I say "this is what western people like?" Tattoos in today's day and age is frowned upon in most Eastern cultures far before they are frowned upon by any Western culture. Whereas if you look a few hundred years ago in certain tribes it was socially unacceptable not to have a tattoo, to be accepted in their tribe you'd have to have certain tattoos. Urf / customs can change over the years. However in most Islamic cultures today, to have a tattoo is deemed a taboo and is not deemed a part from the etiquettes of the pulpit of the Prophet, just like smoking is not from the etiquettes of the Pulpit while giving a sermon. If you have no idea how relevant the 'urf / customs of people are with the sharia and how they're related, then you shouldn't be arguing for or against this issue.

It is not just about tattoos and taking picture next to girls. Its the direction which he is leading to. According to Aqa Sistani if a muslim's faith falls in danger whilst living in non muslim country then He must migrate to a muslim country. Now try finding an excuse for this. Anyway if you are happy adopting a Taghuti (taghuti is a Quranic term not something created by revolutionaries) culture then your problem. Remember that Ahlulbayt a.s sacrificed their lives to implement Sharia law in Islamic land rather than fleeing and residing in Rome or China. Dont be so weak and apologetic. Live a life so non muslims adopt your culture rather than the other way round.

If you don't know on a daily basis your faith is in danger in the West from multiple angles. Now Tattoo culture has existed in Iraq for centuries although in different forms. So limiting it to just the West is kinda disengous. Also Remember the Ahlul Bayt(a) were the most merciful and were killed often by the religous. Lets reflect on the killer(la) of Imam Ali(a). "'Umar ibn Khatab wrote to 'Amr b. al-'As [his governor]: that he should allot 'Abd al-Rahman b. Muljam a home near the Masjid; so that the people may learn from him knowledge of the Qur'an and Fiqh." This man who was entrusted with educating an entire province, later killed the very 'door to the city of knowledge.' Is there any greater travesty than this? When knowledge does not crush the ego, one becomes the killer of 'Ali b. Abi Talib ('a). Also I would even say from experience that in Pakistan, Iran and Iraq your faith is tested given how haram and injust the business culture is.

Many people were killed and many were injured in this battle. The Holy Prophet (pbuh&hf) had warned Ayesha against this battle. The name of this battle is the "Battle of Jamal" The son of Abu Sufyan and Hind, the father of Yazeed, Mu'awiyya (may Allah be pleased with him??) waged a war against the sahabi, cousin and the son~in~law of the Holy Prophet {P) , a member of the ahlulbayt and the Rightful of his time, hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). A highly respectable sahabi of the Holy Prophet, Ammar bin Yasir was martyred by Mu'awiyya (may Allah be pleased with him??) in this battle. The Holy Prophet had informed Ammar that he would be killed by a group of baghis (rebels). The name of this battle is the "Battle of Siffeen" Bearing Allah as your witness, please deliberate on the following points:~ 1. How on earth can Allah be ever pleased with the oppressed and the oppressors at the same time? 2. Can a sahabi of the Holy Prophet be a warmonger, an evil monger, an unjust and a bloodthirsty? 3. Can a warmonger, an evil monger, an unjust and a bloodthirsty be a sahabi of the Holy Prophet? What would you say about someone who wages war against the flesh and blood of your own Prophet? 4. If you were present at the time, whose side would you have taken and on what grounds? 5. What is the true definition of a sahabi? 6. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyya and their followers pray namaz or what? If they prayed their namaz, did they send their blessings upon the family of the Holy Prophet or what? What kind of creatures were these who sent their blessings on the family of their Prophet and at the same time waged war against him? 7. How could Ayesha be a member of the Holy Prophet’s family when she waged war against the flesh and blood of the Holy Prophet and her husband? 8. The son of Prophet Nuh (a s) could not escape from the wrath of Allah. The uncle of the Holy Prophet, Abu Lahab could not escape from the curse of Allah in the holy Qur'an, the wives of the Prophets Nuh and Lut (a s) did not escape the punishment of Allah, what makes Muslims think that the wives of the Holy Prophet Muhammad {pbuh&hf} and his sahabas are immune from the wrath of Allah Who is All Just? Please study the first twelve verses of Sura Tahreem and ponder over it. What kind of examples and role models were these warmongers and evildoers for the Ummah? 9. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyya and their followers accept hazrat Ali as the Rightful Caliph of their time or what? 10. What is the punishment for anyone who rebels against the caliph of their time? 11. How can someone claim to love the Holy Prophet when they also love, associate and take guidance from those whose hands are drenched with the blood of your Prophet’s own family?

The name of this battle is the "Battle of Jamal" The son of Abu Sufyan and Hind, the father of Yazeed, Mu'awiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him??) waged a war against the sahabi, cousin and the son-in-law of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), a member of the ahlulbayt and the Rightful caliph of his time, hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). A highly respectable sahabi of the holy Prophet (P), Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred in this battle. The holy Prophet had informed Ammar that he would be killed by an army of rebels. The name of this battle is the "Battle of Siffeen" Bearing Allah as your witness, ponder over the following points: 1. Can a sahabi of the holy Prophet (pbuh&hf) a warmonger, an evil monger, an oppressor and a bloodthirsty? 2. Can a warmonger, an evil monger, an oppressor and a bloodthirsty be a sahabi of the holy Prophet (P)? 3. How on earth can Allah be ever pleased with a mazloom (an oppressed) and a zalim (an oppressor) at the same time and that too those who wage war against the flesh and blood of your own Prophet? 4, If you were present at the time, whose side would you have taken and on what grounds? 5. What does Islam tell you about someone who wages a war against the caliph of their time? 6. Did Ayesha and Mu'awiyyah accept hazrat Ali as the Rightful caliph of their time or what? 7. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyyah and their followers pray namaz/salat? Did they ask Allah in their salah "Guide us on the Straight Path, the Path of those upon who You have showered Your blessings; not of those upon who You sent Your wrath and gone astray"? Did these people send blessings upon Muhammad and his family in their salat/namaz? What kind of Muslims (if they are fit to be called Muslims) who on the one hand send blessings upon their holy Prophet and at the same time come out to wage wars against his flesh and blood? Who can be more evil and worthy of Allah's wrath then those who send blessings on the family of their Prophet in their namaz and at the same time come out to shed their blood? What would you answer Allah and His Noble Prophet on the Day of Judgement for siding and associating with such criminals? 8. Allah (swt) did not spare the son of Prophet Nuh (a.s.) because of his disbelief. Allah did not spare uncle of the holy Prophet, Abu Lahab from being cursed eternally. What makes Muslims think that sahabas of the holy Prophet can get away with terrorism and violence and they cannot be held accountable? Allah (swt) is Almighty, All Just and All Fair. Isn't everyone equally accountable in Allah's court of justice? 9. How could such people who were drenched with innocent blood be source of guidance for the Muslim ummah after the holy Prophet (pbuh&hf)? 10. Is it wondering to see the Shi'as being hated and persecuted because they are unveiling the faces of wrong doers, evil and the unjust? The Shi'as of the ahlulbayt (a.s.) love them and love everyone who love them. We dissociate ourselves from the enemies of ahlulbayt and all their friends and associates. It is crystal clear that you cannot love someone and at the same time love their enemies, someone who wages wars against them and offends them. One cannot sit on the fence. www.musavilari.org www.al-islam.org/encyclopedia/index.html www.al-islam.org www.al-islam.org/nahjul/index www.aoislam.com www.ahlulbay.tv

I think people forget that our scholars are not masoom, pure and sin free. We have this dangerous trend especially in South Asian cultures where we nod our heads and agree with anyone who sits on the mimbar or is a zakir or scholar just because they are sitting on the mimbar regardless of what they say. Our scholars on the contrary have a great responsibility and this 'burden' of being under the spotlight, any wrong doing and incorrect information they may say and people follow.. they'll be answerable to Allah for. Just as the sadqa e jaria of inspiring people towards Allah and the Ahlulbayt as. Thank you Sayed for staying true to yourself and relatable to this generation. I grew up with your lectures because I struggled with understanding our school of thought in other languages. And now my son (10) listens to you on how to analyse and break down not only islamic text, but how to write a speech and present it or write an essay for school.

The primary requirement to be a Shia is to submit first to the oneness of Allah (SWT) and believing in his final messanger The holy prophet Muhammad (saww) thereafter submitting to his rightful successor that is Imam Ali (a.s) and thereafter the 11 Imam (a.s) from his progeny. Shia as a word translates to follow. And we only follow the Final messenger Moahmmad (saww) and his rightful successor that is Imam Ali a.s and disregard anyone and everyone who claims to be the successor after the holy prophet (saww) We love everyone who loved them and are against everyone who is against them. If you have this belief, that should do.

I am fascinated by tattoos, and why everyone wants a tattoo. I am of an age, when I can remember the times when only really ‘rough’ people had a tattoo, usually with a name tattooed into their skin or a heart…. But nowadays, these tattoos have so much hidden meanings……They seem to manifest a hidden power/ force in this world that we cannot see, but that we can sense exists. It is a force that goes directly against Allah. When we look in this world at all those celebrities / idols who have tattoos….. That surely tells you something. A lot of these celebrities clearly follow Satan.

Probably not, and theres a good reason for that. Ammar is a public speaker, a good orator and a historian at most and this does not equate to ones piety. Is there any evidence that any of the ahlulbayt, prophet Muhammad pbuh, Imam Ali a.s, Imam Hassan a.s Imam Hussain a. S, Jesus, Moses-prophets we believe in as shias or the 12 Imams Imam Sajjad a.s. Or imam Mehdi afsa have tattoos? Is there any documented evidence anywhere for this can you please ask your scholars and do a video on this? I know it doesn't say anything in quran but if we are looking at the figures and to become like them is there any evidence in history that any of them had tattoos for us to follow them? Did bibi Fatima a.s have any? Bibi sakina a.s, bibi zainab a.s or will Imam Mehdiz zuwja have any tattoes? Please kindly tell us in another video. Thank you, Jazakallah, As salamaleykum .

Sounds like you don’t know basic history. Tattoos have been prevalent for thousands of years all over the world. In fact Arab tribes, North Africans, and Afghanistan still having traditional tattoos

Why drive a car when the prophet used a camel? The car was made by a non muslim😂 You see how dumb that sounds “ doing the sunnah of non Muslim’s” so what what’s that got to do with anything being haram or halal

You guys are all followers of this guy whilst we follow the Prophet Muhammad(ﷺ) Now, answer me Show me ONE verse in the Quran that talks about Imamah, we're talking about the foundation. For example we have the foundation for Salah, Zakat, Fasting, Hajj, but no Imamah So kindly show me that

Wrong. If you actually followed the Prophet, you would never support Abu Bakr, because he fought a legal case against Lady Fatima. If you truly loved the Prophet, you would never follow Umar, who invented random hobbies like Taraweeh and then attacked Lady Fatima. If you were true Muslims, you would never support this circus of Caliphate, which was taken over by drunkards and lunatics without any protection from Allah. Why? Because it is not Allah’s creation. This “Caliphate” circus was man-made

@@caution857 first the Quran tells us that the position of imamh exits 2) have you not read or heard the hadiths of 12 khalifa or imams or ammer after holy prophet 3) if you search for hadiths related to 12 khalifs you will find the word imam also mentioned in them
