The ice crystals flying around in the air looked like fairy dust! It was so pretty as you were talking with it glimmering in the golden sun all around you! You captured it so well! The animals are beautiful there! I am guessing one was a reindeer? I think your fudge looked good personally because it looked like caramelly goodness...:) I hope you tasted it and it was good. I try my best to get out when it's cloudy but I can feel when the sun is there even when I am in the basement. I am also affected by the lack of sun and having to deal with grey, cold days during winter season. One thing that helps and that I've learned from Jonna is to have lights all around, even lighting a candle or two while getting cozy with a hot drink. It makes a nice difference. I live in Australia and I have to say my emotions are your exact opposite! I find those hot sunny days aggressive and intrusive and I hate going out. The endless repetition of sunny days are so boring. The humidity can be like someone trying to suffocate you with a wet blanket. so I long for the cold crisp icy weather or the beautiful snowy days. At least I am lucky to be in the position to go back to Sweden every winter to avoid the worst of the horror, lol. I really enjoy your work and I hope it continues to give you pleasure for a long long time.

I have started binging on your videos last night, and I feel such a kindred spirit in you, you emit both wisdom and soulfulness of a very old soul, and at the same time, curiosity and joy like a young soul. I was just wondering how you are now as you grow into the REAL winters of Northern Sweden. I am so happy to see you just uploaded, you must have read our minds! I encourage you to perhaps consider getting a puppy child, one that is hearty and designed for your climate. They will keep you dedicated to a healthy routine, they will keep you so healthy strong and bring unimaginable happiness and meaning!! Daniel, I remember when you were considering this move North and you were apprehensive because you did not know if you would find friends there. How wonderful it is that you are already creating new friendships! Wishing you all the best in the coming year and God Jul.❤ When you use the woodstove for fudge it may help if you place the smaller container in a larger container with water, a water bath, so to speak.
