VGT has delivered better returns than SCHD and VOO over the past 5 and 10 years. I’ve allocated most of my $500k retirement portfolio to VGT. While I aim to outperform with my taxable account, I’ve struggled to beat the S&P 500.

Might as well be patient and get a total market/s&p product. If you’re trying to grow your money and don’t need the income at this time. Then later on life get into the income aspect. Requires patience. I like SPLG, SCHB and CGUS (last one is managed).
