We'll have to see how Hall does given we don't have another option. The most optimistic thing I can say right now is that he's pretty much an unknown at this point and could surprise us. If he does crash and burn next week, we need to start making all decisions with an eye to next season and beyond. There are just too many things going against them this year and making a lurching attempt to bring in another QB doesn't seem to have much of a chance of pulling us through.

Jaren Hall is OK to step in as a backup for a quarter at most 1 game but he isn't the answer for the rest of the season. The Vikings are going to have to go out and find a more experienced QB for the remainder of the season
