Hello everyone! Today I baked delicious muffins. Baking bread is easy. I love to bake bread. Few know this secret. German recipe. Quick bread recipe. bun recipe. How do you bake bread? Practical recipes. Fresh recipes. I love to bake bread quickly. My grandmother taught me. Cooking is quick and easy. how to cook baking bread
Warm milk 450 ml.
yeast 10 g
1 teaspoon of salt.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
2 eggs.
50 grams of butter.
8 grams of baking powder.
1 tablespoon vinegar.
Sift 750-800 g wheat flour through a sieve.
Place the buns on parchment.
Whisk together 1 egg and 2 tablespoons milk.
Sprinkle buns with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Wow, thet are absolutely beautiful.I havent mad rolls like that since my kids were teenagers, I've always loved bread, & we always had bread with dinner, now that I'm 76 I always look forshort cuts, lol just last week I made biscuits with self rising flour & greek yogurt to my surprise they were ok, it was late night so I promise myself that I would only eat onebut I ate one with cheddar cheese & another with apple jelly. I've decided to save your recipe because I already know that they will stay on my mind until I make the time to bake them. Thank you for sharing.

Делаю тесто по этому рецепту 2 раз. Делаю пирожки с вишней и абрикосами.Масло положила 100 грамм плюс 2 ложки растительного масла и сахара 6 ложек. (Первый раз положила 4 как в рецепте, показалось мало) Сегодня из этого же теста сделала пирожки с яйцом и луком жаренные. Тесто просто супер! Всем советую. Спасибо автору за рецепт. И да, уксус 6%.

Lo he hecho ayer y solo puedo decir GRACIAS . Son BUENIIIISIMOS , un exirto con mi marido y con los amigos con los que los he compartido .Son facil de hacer,bueno la masa da su trabajo pero se llega a hacer .Por el resto, pienso hacerla por lo menos una vez por semana.
